A bicycle sprocket includes a sprocket body, a tooth ring, and at least one non-threaded fastener. The sprocket body is made of a first material and has a rotational center axis. A central portion of the sprocket body has a central opening through which the rotational center axis passes. The sprocket body further includes a plurality of arm portions that extend radially outward from the central portion with respect to the rotational center axis. Each arm portion includes a sprocket body attachment portion. The tooth ring is made of a second material different from the first material and includes an annular portion. The annular portion includes a plurality of tooth ring attachment portions and a plurality of chain-driving teeth extending radially outward from the annular portion. The non-threaded fastener fixedly connects a sprocket body attachment portion and to a corresponding tooth ring attachment portion.

A multiple bicycle rear sprocket assembly includes first and second sprockets. The first sprocket includes a plurality of first sprocket teeth. The first sprocket teeth include at least one first tooth having a first maximum axial width for engaging with an outer link plate of the chain, and at least one second tooth having a second maximum axial width for engaging with an inner link plate of the chain. The first maximum axial width is larger than the second maximum axial width. The second sprocket includes a plurality of second sprocket teeth. The second sprocket is smaller than the first sprocket. The second sprocket teeth have additional second teeth only. The additional second teeth are configured for engaging with the inner link plate of the chain. The first maximum axial width is larger than a maximum axial width of each of the additional second teeth.

A bicycle front sprocket assembly is basically provided with a first sprocket, a second sprocket, a sprocket carrier and a chain guiding portion. The first sprocket includes a first sprocket body and a plurality of first sprocket teeth disposed on a first outer periphery of the first sprocket body, The second sprocket includes a second sprocket body and a plurality of second sprocket teeth. The second sprocket teeth are disposed on a second outer periphery of the second sprocket body. The sprocket carrier includes a torque transmitting profile and a sprocket mounting portion. The chain guiding portion is positioned between the first and second sprockets in an axial direction parallel to a rotational center axis of the bicycle front sprocket assembly. At least one of the first and second sprockets is mounted to the sprocket mounting portion of the sprocket carrier by a non-threaded fastener.

A bicycle sprocket has a sprocket main body, a plurality of teeth disposed on the sprocket main body, and at least one shifting area. The teeth include at least one first tooth having a first maximum axial width and at least one second tooth having a second maximum axial width. The first maximum axial width is larger than the second maximum axial width. The first tooth is configured to engage with an outer link plate of a chain. The second tooth is configured to engage with an inner link plate of the chain. The at least one shifting area includes an area where a chain engages with one of the teeth during shifting from a small sprocket to the bicycle sprocket and an area where the chain separates from one of the teeth during a shifting action from the bicycle sprocket to the small sprocket.

A first sprocket is capable of engaging with a chain. The first sprocket has a first sprocket main body, a plurality of teeth disposed along a circumferential direction on the radially outer side of the first sprocket main body, and at least one shifting area. The teeth include at least one first tooth having a first maximum axial width and at least one second tooth having a second maximum axial width. The first maximum axial width is greater than the second maximum axial width. The first tooth is formed to be capable of engaging with an outer link plate of the chain. The present invention provides a method for producing a slurry composition which realizes excellent dispersibility through simple steps. The present invention provides a method for producing a slurry composition containing inorganic powder, a polyvinyl acetal resin, and an organic solvent, the method comprising the steps of: mixing inorganic powder, a polyvinyl acetal resin (A) and an organic solvent for inorganic dispersion to prepare an inorganic dispersion; mixing a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) and an organic solvent for resin solution to prepare a resin solution; and adding the resin solution to the inorganic dispersion, the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) having a polymerization degree of 200 to 600, the polyvinyl acetal resin (B) having a polymerization degree of 800 to 4000, and an amount of the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) used in preparation of the inorganic dispersion being 0.1 to 20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the inorganic powder.

Method for producing slurry composition

It is an object of the present invention to provide a polyvinyl acetal resin composition capable of giving a ceramic green sheet which has sufficient flexibility and is hardly damaged even when being formed into a thin film and comprises a polyvinyl acetal resin composition containing a polyvinyl acetal resin A and a polyvinyl acetal resin B incompatible with the polyvinyl acetal resin A, which is formed by acetalizing a mixed polyvinyl alcohol containing two or more kinds of polyvinyl alcohols wherein a phase composed of the polyvinyl acetal resin A and a phase composed of the polyvinyl acetal resin B form a sea-island structure.

Polyvinyl acetal resin composition

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a cross-linked polyvinyl acetal resin, which can provide a cross-linked polyvinyl acetal resin having high mechanical strength and excellent solvent resistance by a simple method without a cross-linking agent, and can solve such problems as sheet attack, insufficient strength, and instability of viscosity for a long-time storage, and another object of the present invention is to provide a cross-linked polyvinyl acetal resin produced by the above method for producing a cross-linked polyvinyl acetal resin. The method for producing a cross-linked polyvinyl acetal resin comprises the step of irradiating a polyvinyl acetal resin at least having structural units represented by the following formulas (1) to (4) with ultraviolet light having a wavelength in a range of 200 to 365 nm, wherein Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C20 hydrocarbon group; and Rrepresents a group having two or more functional groups, the two or more functional groups each selected from the group consisting of the functional groups represented by the following formulas (5), (6), and (7).
