The invention provides an inkjet ink composition comprising: a white pigment; a polymerizable compound; and a polymerization initiator. The white pigment includes at least one of inorganic hollow particles or inorganic-organic hybrid hollow particles. A ratio of an average inside diameter of cavities in the at least one of inorganic hollow particles or inorganic-organic hybrid hollow particles to an average outside diameter of the at least one of inorganic hollow particles or inorganic-organic hybrid hollow particles is in a range of from 0.4 to 0.95. Further, a volume average particle diameter of the at least one of inorganic hollow particles or inorganic-organic hybrid hollow particles is in a range of from 0.01 to 1.0 &#x3bc;m.

Inkjet ink composition

Provided is an inkjet-recording ink composition comprising one or more white pigment(s), one or more polymer dispersant(s), one or more photocurable compound(s), and one or more photoinitiator(s) as its principal components, wherein the polymer dispersant(s) has a sulfonic acid group.
