A microreactor system includes: a microreactor that has two inflow ports into which fluids are introduced and a flow path configured to merge the fluids, and that is configured to mix a first fluid introduced from one of the inflow ports and a second fluid introduced from the other of the inflow ports in the flow path; a first container in which the first fluid is prepared; a second container in which the second fluid is prepared; a first pump configured to feed the first fluid toward the inflow port; a second pump configured to feed the second fluid toward the inflow port; first and second measurement units configured to measure amounts of the first fluid and the second fluid, respectively; and switching units configured to switch at least one of the first fluid and the second fluid to be fed to the microreactor.

Microreactor system

A microreactor system that can mix fluids at precise timing has two inlets into which fluids are introduced and merges, in a channel, a first fluid introduced from a first inlet and a second fluid introduced from a second inlet, a first pump that sends the first fluid toward the inlets, and a second pump that sends the second fluid toward the inlets, a first fluid detector that detects an arrival of the first fluid at the first inlet, and a second fluid detector that detects an arrival of the second fluid at the second inlet.

In mixing of raw materials having different flow rate ratios (volume ratios) (different flow rates), in order to achieve a good mixing effect, the present invention includes: for raw materials having different flow rates, a high-flow-rate side flow path () through which a raw material on a high-flow-rate side flows; a low-flow-rate side flow path () through which a raw material on a low-flow-rate side flows; branch flow paths () which are branched from the high-flow-rate side flow path; and a residence flow path () which is a flow path after the branch flow paths () and the low-flow-rate side flow path () merge. The branch flow path () and the branch flow path () merge in a way of sandwiching the low-flow-rate side flow path ().

Microreactor, chemical product manufacturing system and microreactor manufacturing method

A drug provision system includes a slot to which a kit can be attached and detached, the kit including a raw ingredient space into which a raw ingredient of a drug is filled and a reactor for mixing the raw ingredient that flows from the raw ingredient space with another raw ingredient; a raw ingredient feeding mechanism that moves the raw ingredient within the raw ingredient space to the reactor in the kit in which a blocking unit has been released to mix the raw ingredients within the kit; and a collection mechanism that collects a drug within the reactor prepared by mixing the raw ingredients from the kit.

Drug provision system and drug provision method

A microreactor for photoreactions includes a housing upper part, a lid plate made of a material that allows transmission of light, a flow path plate made of a material that suppresses light reflection and has a high thermal conductivity, and a housing lower part. Light is applied through a window of the housing upper part and the lid plate to a flow path of the flow path plate. The lid plate made of the material that allows transmission of light and the flow path plate made of the material that suppresses light reflection and has a high thermal conductivity are welded each other to form an integrated body.

In relation to a microreactor, and also a microreactor system applying the same therein, not producing any dead volume therein, and thereby achieving a high level of mixing properties even at a low solution flow rate and having a simple structure thereof, disclosed herein are a microreactor and microreactor system, comprising a channel for mixing up at least two (2) types of fluids, and thereby conducting mixing/reacting of fluids by conducting the mixing/reacting of the fluids at least one (1) time, i.e., being suitable for so-called a multi-step reaction.

A particle manufacturing device for manufacturing a particle by mixing a plural number of fluids, thereby manufacturing a particle, being uniform in the size or particle diameter thereof, with stability comprises a mixing channel portion, which is configured to mix the plural number of fluids therein, a residence channel portion, which is connected with the mixing channel portion in series, and in which the particles manufactured in the mixing channel portion reside, a sensor mechanism, which is configured to sense at least a condition of the residence channel portion, and an agitation giving mechanism, which is configured to give an agitation to the residence channel portion, upon basis of the condition, which is detected by the sensor mechanism.

A microreactor capable of reducing a pressure drop in an entire system includes a mixerhaving a mixing channel for mixing two kinds of raw materialsand, and a reactorhaving a reaction channel connected to the downstream side of the mixing channel to receive the mixture flowing out from the mixing channel and cause chemical reactions of the mixture inside the reaction channel. There is provided a reaction apparatus which is capable of keeping the pressure inside the reactor and is applicable to various fields. This reaction apparatus comprises: a raw material tank () for storing a raw material; a high-pressure pump () communicated with the raw material tank () and designed to deliver the raw material therefrom; a reactor () which is disposed on the downstream side of the high-pressure pump () and designed to be supplied with the raw material in a compressed state; a heating bath () for heating the reactor () to promote a reaction; and a product tank () for receiving and recovering a product; wherein the reaction apparatus is further equipped with an inlet port which is interposed between the heating bath () and the product tank (), and with an injection pump () for injecting an injecting liquid through the inlet port, whereby a pressure of product flowing into the product tank () is enabled to be reduced by making use of the flow rate of the injecting liquid.
