The present invention embodies a garment which can smoothen motions of its wearer by a new technique, which is totally different from that of exerting a tightening force on a muscle, according to findings that the range of motion of a joint can be widened if a structure for extending and gathering respective parts of a skin gathering and leaving when the joint works in relation to bending/extension or abduction/adduction of the wearer is added to the garment and that the range of motion of the joint can be widened if a structure for moving the skin along a direction of motion of a muscle when the joint works in relation to turning of the wearer is added to the garment, on the basis of a close relationship between a motion of the skin when the joint works and an extending direction of a tension line.

Garment

On the front side of the main part, the first start part separates the main part into a portion covering a knee joint of a wearer and a portion covering at least one of femoral and shin parts of the wearer. On the back side of the main part, the second start part separates the main part into a portion covering the knee joint of the wearer and a portion covering at least one of the femoral and shin parts of the wearer. On an outer side face side of the main part, the third start part at least partly extends under the portion covering the knee joint of the wearer. On an inner side face side of the main part, the fourth start part at least partly extends downward in a part lower than a crotch part of the wearer.

Lower-body garment

A skirt lineraccording to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a skirt-type main body, and an abdomen and crotch tightening partjoined at one end side thereof to a region around a front waist part of the main body, extending from the one end side so as to cover an abdominal part and a crotch part, and joined at the other end side thereof to a back lower center of the main body, in which the portion of the abdomen and crotch tightening partother than the one end side and the other end side is unjoined to the main body
