The present invention discloses an in-cell touch screen and a driving method thereof. The method comprises: implementing scan to a display circuit in an active area and implementing scan to a touch control circuit in another active area in the meantime. With the aforementioned way, it can be prevented that the display circuit and the touch control circuit in the same active area are functioning at the same time. Accordingly, the mutual interference between the display circuit and the touch control circuit can be diminished to raise the touch control precision; meanwhile, the scans are implemented at the same time to the different circuits in two active areas and the scan time can be reduced.

In-cell touch screen and driving method thereof

The present disclosure relates to a liquid crystal panel and the driving circuit. The liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of source driving circuits and a plurality of sub-pixel rows extending along a row direction. Each of the sub-pixel rows includes a plurality of sub-pixels of different colors and the sub-pixels are arranged periodically along the row direction. Within one scanning frame, polarity of driving voltage of at least one sub-pixel within the arranging period is opposite to that of other sub-pixels. Each of the source driving circuit includes at least two output ends respectively connecting to at least two sub-pixels having the same polarity of driving voltage within the same scanning frame to provide the driving voltage of the same polarity to the at least two sub-pixels. In this way, the power consumption of the source driving circuit may be reduced.

The impedance adjusting unit and the controller are arranged on the substrate, the touch unit array connects to the impedance adjusting through the plurality of connection wires, the impedance adjusting unit connects to the controller, the impedance adjusting unit is processing adjustment to impedance of each connection wires to make impedance of each connection wires consistent. The touch panel of the present invention will adjust impedance of each connection wire to be consistent for improving the sensing precision of touch location of touch panel.

A detecting method and a manufacturing method of an embedded type touch panel are provided. The detecting method includes steps of: supplying first touch electrodes and second touch electrodes alternately arranged at least on a first direction with different voltages via corresponding touch-control wires to make display areas where the first touch electrodes are located and display areas where the second touch electrodes are located have different luminances, and at least determining neighboring first touch electrode and second touch electrode on the first direction whether are short-circuited or not according to the luminances of the display areas where the first touch electrodes are located and the luminances of the display areas where the second touch electrodes are located. By the above solution, the invention can simply and effectively realize a detection of touch panel.

Detecting method and manufacturing method of embedded type touch panel

A touch panel and a touch-sensitive display device are provided. The touch panel includes transversal electrode arrays and longitudinal electrode arrays with mutually perpendicular extending directions. The transversal electrode arrays and the longitudinal electrode arrays are each connected to a controller by a wire. All the wires are each serially connected with a first resistor. A sum of an owned resistance of each wire and a resistance of the first resistor serially connected with the wire constitutes an equivalent resistance, and all the equivalent resistances respectively corresponding to all the wires are equal. By the above solution, the invention can avoid the problem of inaccurate detection caused by error resulting from different wire resistances, and the detection accuracy of the touch panel is effectively improved consequently.

Touch panel and touch-sensitive display device

A display panel with touch function and a fault detection method are disclosed. The display panel includes a display component and a touch component sharing common electrodes. The common electrodes are divided into a plurality of areas arranged in a matrix. The common electrode within each area connects to a touch chip via detection circuits. The display panel further comprises at least two switch control circuits for controlling the detection circuits corresponding to a plurality of areas in a predetermined manner such that the common electrode within each area and the common electrode within an adjacent area are controlled by different switch control circuits. When the display component is in a display state, at least two switch control circuits are configured to set up a common voltage for the common electrode in the plurality of areas. The display states of the display component in the plurality of areas are detected to determine a malfunction of the detection circuit. In this way, the TP circuit detection may be performed in an easier and more efficient way.
