A short circuit detection device for a rotating electrical machine includes: a signal processing device including a signal acquisition unit, a signal decomposing unit, a specific frequency component reducing unit, a signal conversion unit, and a short circuit detection unit; and a magnetic detector placed inside a stator, and detects short circuit of a field winding. The signal decomposing unit decomposes a voltage signal from the signal acquisition unit into a plurality of frequency components having different orders. The specific frequency component reducing unit reduces frequency components for odd-number orders and frequency components for even-number orders higher than a threshold less than a fundamental order of a slot harmonic. The signal conversion unit performs conversion to a voltage signal. The short circuit detection unit generates a difference waveform between voltage signals corresponding to magnetic poles, and detects short circuit of the field winding and a short circuit position thereof.

Short circuit detection device for rotating electrical machine

Provided is a rotating electric machine in which stator coils can be easily inserted into slots while the effect of improving the output performance by a magnet yoke portion is enhanced. The rotating electric machine includes: a stator including a stator core having a plurality of slots, stator coils, and stator magnet, the stator coil and the stator magnet being inserted in each of the plurality of slots; a first rotor; and a second rotor. The stator core has a magnet yoke portion between the stator coil and the stator magnet, and is composed of a first stator core, and a second stator core having the magnet yoke portion.

Rotating electric machine and stator manufacturing method

Provided is a magnetic-geared motor that can suppress eddy current flowing inside a fastening member and reduce power loss. The magnetic-geared motor includes: a stator; a first rotor provided rotatably relative to the stator and including a plurality of magnetic pole pieces and a plurality of spacers disposed so as to be arranged in a circumferential direction; and a second rotor provided coaxially with the first rotor. Each spacer is composed of a plurality of divisional spacers disposed apart from each other in an axial direction, and a plurality of fastening tools for fastening the plurality of divisional spacers in the axial direction, and the divisional spacers and the fastening tools are electrically insulated from each other.

A rotor core of a rotating electrical machine has interpole bridges each disposed on an outer circumferential side with respect to a permanent magnet in a non-magnetic portion between the poles, and interpole diameter bridges each surrounded by two permanent magnets and an interpole bridge. The outer circumferential surface of each interpole bridge is formed by a first flat surface. Thus, a path of a magnetic flux passing through a magnetic gap is lengthened, so that a q-axis inductance is reduced. In addition, a width in a radial direction of each interpole bridge and a width in a circumferential direction of each interpole diameter bridge are constant, and each interpole bridge and each interpole diameter bridge are disposed so as to be perpendicular to each other to form a T shape. Thus, the concentration of stress during press-fitting of the permanent magnet into a magnet hole can be reduced.

According to the present invention, provided is an IPM rotor of the present invention, which includes a plurality of core sheets, having hole portions configured to accommodate magnets and being laminated on one another, and the magnets are inserted in the hole portions. The IPM rotor includes a first core sheet having a spring plate portion provided to the hole portion, and a second core sheet having a recessed portion provided the hole portion. A protruding portion is provided to the hole portion of at least one of the plurality of the laminated core sheets.
