A compressor system includes a compressor including a bearing supporting a rotating shaft; a sensor configured to measure an index value correlated with a movement of the rotating shaft being made while the compressor is in operation; and a wear-detecting unit configured to detect a degree of wear of the bearing based on a measured value obtained by the sensor. The bearing is a plain bearing, and has a plurality of air gaps arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction such that wear of the bearing changes a positional relationship between an inner circumferential surface of the bearing and the plurality of air gaps and eventually changes a shape of the inner circumferential surface thereof. The wear-detecting unit detects the degree of wear of the bearing based on a change in the measured value caused by a change in the shape of the inner circumferential surface of the bearing.

A compressor includes: a shell forming an outer portion thereof and having lower part in which an oil pan is formed to store oil; a motor provided in the shell; a compression unit provided in the shell to compress a working gas when being driven by the motor; a frame fixed to the shell and supporting the compression unit; a shaft supported by the frame, connecting the motor and the compression unit, provided to transmit a turning force of the motor to the compression unit, and including an oil passage; and an oil pump provided at lower part of the shaft to draw oil from the pan and supply the oil into the oil passage. The pump includes a bypass valve that is opened, when a pressure of oil flowing in the oil passage is higher than a threshold pressure, to return part of the oil to the pan.

A scroll compressor includes an orbiting bedplate which has an oil passage through which oil flows outward in a radial direction of the orbiting bedplate, a lap-side oil supply hole that causes the oil passage to communicate with a lap-formation surface of the orbiting lap, and a thrust-surface-side oil supply hole that causes the oil passage to communicate with a thrust surface of the orbiting bedplate that is opposite to the lap-formation surface of the orbiting bedplate. An opening and closing mechanism provided in the oil passage closes the thrust-surface-side oil supply hole when the pressure of oil that is drawn from an oil sump by an oil pump and supplied into the oil passage is low, and opens the thrust-surface-side oil supply hole when the pressure of the oil is high.

A scroll compressor includes: a shell forming an outer case, a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll stored in the shell, a frame holding the orbiting scroll, a thrust plate between the orbiting scroll and the frame, and a thrust oil return pipe fixed to the frame. The shell forms an oil reservoir in which lubricating oil is reserved. The orbiting scroll and fixed scroll form a compression chamber. Lubricating oil flows through the thrust oil return pipe to return to the oil reservoir. A hole portion on the thrust plate passes from a first surface portion that slidably contacts the orbiting scroll to a second surface portion facing the frame. The thrust oil return pipe is inserted into the hole portion and fits in the thrust plate. An upper end portion of the thrust oil return pipe does not protrude from the first surface portion of the thrust plate

A scroll compressor includes a shell that is cylindrical, a fixed scroll fixed to an inner wall of the shell, an orbiting scroll that faces the fixed scroll, a frame fixed to the inner wall of the shell and that supports the orbiting scroll, and a heat source device provided on an outside of the shell and between the fixed scroll and the frame and configured to heat or cool the shell from the outside.

A scroll compressor includes a slider. The slider includes a cylindrical portion and a balance weight portion. The balance weight portion includes a counter weight part, a first main weight component, and a second main weight component. The counter weight part has a first outer circumferential surface that is a partial cylindrical surface about the axis of rotation of the slider. A compression chamber is formed by combining a fixed-scroll volute of the fixed scroll and an orbiting-scroll volute of the orbiting scroll. Each of sub-discharge ports of the fixed scroll brings any one of a first compression chamber and a second compression chamber of a compression chamber, the first compression chamber being defined by an inward-facing surface of the fixed-scroll volute and an outward-facing surface of the orbiting-scroll volute, the second compression chamber being defined by an outwardfacing surface of the fixed-scroll volute and an inward-facing surface of the orbiting scroll volute, and a discharge side into communication with each other.

A scroll compressor includes a crank shaft, an orbiting scroll, and a frame. The crank shaft has a lubricant channel. The orbiting scroll has an inner channel and a lubricant channel groove. The inner channel allows the lubricant supplied through the crank shaft to flow outward. The lubricant channel groove has an annular shape and allows the lubricant supplied through the inner channel to be supplied to the thrust surface. A scroll compressor includes a slider including a cylindrical portion supported by a rocking bearing provided on an orbiting scroll so that it rotates freely, and a balance weight portion connected to the cylindrical portion. When a direction opposite to an eccentric direction of the orbiting scroll is a counter eccentric direction and a direction of a central axis of the rocking bearing is a Z-axis direction, the balance weight portion includes a main weight portion provided at a position distant from a center of rotation of the slider in the counter eccentric direction, and a counter-weight portion provided at a position spaced away from the orbiting scroll than a position of a center of the rocking bearing in the Z-axis direction and at a position distant from the center of rotation of the slider in the eccentric direction.

A scroll compressor includes a compressing mechanism unit including a fixed scroll that is fixedly provided in a shell and an orbiting scroll that moves around the fixed scroll, the compressing mechanism unit compressing fluid; a main shaft including an eccentric shaft portion at one end thereof that transmits a rotational driving force to the orbiting scroll; a slider having a slide groove in which the eccentric shaft portion is slidably fitted; and an orbital bearing provided to the orbiting scroll that rotatably supports the slider. A fluid compressor includes a closed container having an inlet, a compression mechanism including a compression chamber in which fluid flowing into the closed container through the inlet is compressed, a discharge port through which the fluid compressed in the compression chamber is allowed to flow, a discharge valve opening and closing the discharge port, and a valve retainer limiting an amount of lift of the discharge valve. The discharge valve includes a curved portion whose shape is defined by one or more curvatures. When the discharge port is closed by the discharge valve, the valve retainer and the discharge valve are spaced apart from each other.

The Oldham ring includes at least a pair of projections on the other surface thereof, and the projections have a height such that when the Oldham ring is inclined during simple harmonic motion, one of the projections makes contact with the one surface of the orbiting scroll before each of the first Oldham keys is brought into contact with the corresponding first Oldham keyway at two locations.
