A meeting support system includes a communication unit capable of communicating with a first communication terminal and a second communication terminal, and a controller configured to generate support information to be sent to the first communication terminal before the first communication terminal arrives at the destination. The controller acquires position information of the first and communication terminals, calculates first and second movement progresses based on the acquired position information of the first and second communication terminals, calculates a difference between the first and second movement progresses, generates the support information and sends the generated support information to the first communication terminal. The support information includes the calculated difference and at least one of the progresses.

A movement assistance device guides a user to a meeting location for meeting a vehicle. The movement assistance device calculates a first required time until the vehicle arrives at the meeting location, and a plurality of routes from the user's current location to the meeting location. The movement assistance device calculates a second required time for the user to arrive at the meeting location from the user's current location for each route. The movement assistance device then determines the route associated with the second required time as a route via which the vehicle could be met on time when a second required time is the same as or shorter than the first required time. The movement assistance device then causes the communication device to output information that indicates the route or routes determined to be the route or routes via which the vehicle could be met on time.

A travel assistance method for performing a lane change of a host vehicle includes: detecting an oncoming vehicle traveling in an opposite lane from which the host vehicle travels when the host vehicle starts the lane change; determining a crossing point between a virtual advancing route and a linear advancing route in which the oncoming vehicle advances linearly, the virtual advancing route being a virtual extension of an advancing route of the host vehicle during a period from start to end of the lane change; executing a lane change using the route and the vehicle speed in a case where a time difference between a first predicted time and a second predicted time is outside a predetermined range; and when within the predetermined range, executing a lane change by changing at least one of the route and the vehicle speed such that the time difference is outside the predetermined range.

An electromagnetic valve includes a mover that is able to move in a predetermined direction. The mover includes a valve body part including a valve body base part and an annular elastic body. The valve body base part includes a large diameter part and a small diameter part connected via a step difference. The annular elastic body includes a first contact surface, a second contact surface in contact with a step difference surface in the step difference, and a sealing projecting part that is able to come into contact with a peripheral edge part of an opening part of a first flow path in the predetermined direction. The sealing projecting part surrounds the opening part when seen in the predetermined direction. The sealing projecting part, the second contact surface, and the step difference surface are at least partially superimposed on each other when seen in the predetermined direction.
