An air conditioner includes an inlet; a suction channel through which air sucked from the inlet flows; a spray unit configured to spray water to be vaporized; a first channel through which first air to be cooled by heat of vaporization of water sprayed from the spray unit flows; a heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between the first air and the air flowing through the suction channel to cool the air flowing through the suction channel; wall body defining the first channel located downstream of the heat exchanger in a flow direction of the first air; and an electric device configured to generate heat with power consumption by the air conditioner. The electric device is thermally connected to the wall body.

Air conditioner

An air conditioner includes a housing having a first outlet and a second outlet, a first channel communicating with the first outlet, a second channel communicating with the second outlet, a tank unit configured to hold water for cooling first air and second air, the first air flowing through the first channel, the second air flowing through the second channel, a cooling unit configured to cool the first air by heat of vaporization of water held in the tank unit, a water supply channel for supplying water held in the tank unit to the cooling unit, and a water recovery channel for collecting water remaining in the cooling unit to the tank unit.

A suturing device is provided, including a needle and a shuttle. The needle has an elongated shape extending in a predetermined direction and is configured to hold a first thread-like member. The needle is reciprocally movable forward and backward in the predetermined direction and is rotatable about an axis extending in the predetermined direction. Rotation of the needle about the axis permitting the first thread-like member to cross the needle to form a loop in the first thread-like member. The shuttle includes a holding portion. The holding portion is configured to hold a second thread-like member. The shuttle is configured to permit the holding portion to pass through the loop.

In a suturing device, a casing has an elongated shape extending in a longitudinal direction. A needle is positioned in the casing, is configured to hold a first thread-like member, and has a tip end reciprocally moving along a path extending between a first position and a second position positioned backward than the first position in the longitudinal direction. A depression is formed in a peripheral wall of the casing, is positioned between the first and second positions in the longitudinal direction, and is configured to expose the needle to an outside of the casing. The shuttle includes a holding portion configured to hold a second thread-like member. The shuttle is configured to move within the casing at a third position between the first position and the depression in the longitudinal direction to change relative position between the second thread-like member and a loop formed in the first thread-like member.

A suturing device includes a needle, and a shuttle. The needle has an elongated shape extending in a predetermined direction and is configured to hold a first thread-like member. The needle is reciprocally movable forward and backward in the predetermined direction and is rotatable about an axis extending in the predetermined direction. Rotation of the needle about the axis permitting the first thread-like member to cross the needle to form a loop in the first thread-like member. The shuttle includes a holding portion. The holding portion is configured to hold a second thread-like member. The shuttle is configured to permit the holding portion to pass through the loop.

A recording apparatus includes a first accommodating section, a transporting mechanism configured to transport the recording medium in order of a first path to a fourth path and which includes a separating mechanism, and a recording section. The separating mechanism includes a feeding roller and a separating member. The first accommodating section, the second path, and the fourth path are arranged to overlap with each other in a vertical direction.

There is provided a recording apparatus including a first accommodating section, a transporting mechanism, a first path which includes a curved path portion, a second path which is extended linearly, a third path which includes a curved path portion, and a fourth path which is extended linearly, and a recording section. The transporting mechanism includes a guide surface extended linearly, which is configured to define the second path, and to guide one side end of the recording medium, and a pair of inclined feeding rollers which is configured to transport the recording medium with respect to the guide surface to bring the one side end of the recording medium to the guide surface. The recording section is arranged along the fourth path. The first accommodating section, the second path, and the fourth path are overlapped in a vertical direction.

A liquid ejecting apparatus, including: a head having an ejection surface; and a conveyance mechanism configured to convey a recording medium in a conveyance direction such that the recording medium passes a recording position at which the recording medium is opposed to the ejection surface, the conveyance mechanism including a curved-passage defining portion which defines a curved passage located on a downstream side of the recording position in the conveyance direction and a flat-passage defining portion which defines a flat passage which is located between the recording position and the curved passage and which is parallel to the ejection surface, a trailing end portion of the recording medium being located at the recording position when a leading end portion of the recording medium is located at the curved passage, wherein the flat-passage defining portion includes at least two roller pairs which are disposed so as to define the flat passage.

Liquid ejecting apparatus

A recording apparatus includes a recording unit, a conveying unit disposed below the recording unit, a return path unit configured to return the recording medium from the upstream side of the recording unit to the conveying unit, and a casing. The return path unit is disposed below the conveying unit and includes a horizontal conveying path including an upper portion and a lower portion. The side walls of the casing include a drawing port through which the conveying unit and a least the upper portion of the horizontal conveying path are drawn out, and an opening facing in a direction perpendicular to the drawing direction thereof. The inner edge of the lower end of the opening is positioned the same or lower in height than the uppermost portion of the horizontal conveying path in the return path unit.

A liquid jetting apparatus includes: a jetting section having a plurality of jetting ports for jetting a liquid; a transport section configured to transport the recording medium along a transport pass having a facing area which faces the plurality of jetting ports; a charging section arranged on an upstream side of the facing area in a transport direction in which the recording medium is transported by the transport section, and configured to charge the recording medium; a charged-area determining section configured to determine a non-landing area, of the recording medium, in which the liquid jetted from the plurality of jetting ports is not landed in a case that the recording medium is disposed at the facing area, as a charged area; and a controller configured to control the charging section to charge the charged area determined by the charged-area determining section.

Liquid jetting apparatus

An image forming apparatus comprises a conveyor to convey a recording medium in a conveyance direction; first and second applicators to respectively apply first and second liquids to the recording medium, the second applicator being disposed downstream of the first applicator. One of the first and second liquids causes coagulation or precipitation of a component of the other liquid. The conveyor comprises a first pair of rollers; a second pair of rollers; and at least one third pair of rollers. The second applicator is disposed between the first and second pair of rollers. The first pair of rollers and the at least one third pair of rollers constitute a plurality of upstream-side pairs of rollers disposed upstream of the second pair of rollers, and a distance between adjacent two of the upstream-side pairs of rollers is larger than a distance between the first and second pair of rollers.

Image forming apparatus

A sheet feeding device, including: a sheet cassette configured to accommodate sheets; a conveyance path through which each of the sheets accommodated in the sheet cassette is conveyed; a rotation roller provided at one of a start point and a vicinity thereof in the conveyance path; a motor configured to rotatably drive the rotation roller; a pressure body configured to come into pressing contact with the rotation roller via the sheet; and a moving mechanism configured to separate the rotation roller and the pressure body, which are in pressing contact with each other, away from each other in dependence on drive stop of the motor.

The guide is positioned in the opening position when the cap is moved between the extracted and retracted positions, and is positioned in the closing position when the cap is positioned in the retracted position.
