A packaging material for molding includes a heat resistant resin layer as an outer layer; a thermoplastic resin layer as an inner layer; a metal foil layer disposed between the heat resistant resin layer and the thermoplastic resin layer; a first adhesive layer disposed between the metal foil layer and the heat resistant resin layer; and a second adhesive layer disposed between the metal foil layer and the thermoplastic resin layer. The first adhesive layer is composed of a color adhesive agent composition containing a color pigment and an adhesive agent. The color adhesive agent composition contains a color pigment of 2 mass % or more and less than 5 mass % with respect to a solid component. The first adhesive layer is a coating of the color adhesive agent composition of 5 g/mto 10 g/m. The first adhesive layer contains a color pigment of 0.25 g/mto 0.49 g/m.

Provided is a molding packaging material capable of sealing without causing sealing failure, significantly reducing cleaning frequency of a seal bar to improve productivity, and preventing occurrence of delamination. The molding packaging material includes a PBT terephthalate (PBT) layer, a heat fusible resin layer, and a metal foil layerbetween the two layers. The PBT layerand the metal foil layerare bonded via an outer adhesive layer. The outer adhesive layeris formed of a urethane adhesive cured film composed of a polyester polyol, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and polyhydric alcohol. The polyester polyol contains a dicarboxylic acid component, the dicarboxylic acid component includes an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The dicarboxylic acid component contains an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The content rate of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the dicarboxylic acid component is 40 mol % to 80 mol %. The Young's modulus of the cured film of the urethane adhesive is 70 MPa to 400 MPa. The PBT layer has tensile strength of 100 MPa to 300 MPa.

A power storage device includes a positive electrode part including a first metallic foil layer and a positive electrode active material layer partially laminated on one surface of the first metallic foil layer, a negative electrode part including a second metallic foil layer and a negative electrode active material layer partially laminated on one surface of the second metallic foil layer, and a separator arranged between the positive electrode part and the negative electrode part. The positive electrode active material layer is arranged between the first metallic foil layer and the separator, and the negative electrode active material layer is arranged between the second metallic foil layer and the separator. The peripheral regions of the one surfaces of the first and second metallic foil layers in which the positive and negative electrode active material layers are not formed are joined via a peripheral sealing layer containing a thermoplastic resin.

A package for a power storage device includes a metal foil layer, an insulation layer laminated on at least center portion of one surface of the metal foil layer, and a heat-sealable resin layer arranged one surface of the metal foil layer or a region corresponding to a periphery of the one surface of the metal foil layer. With this, thinning, weight saving, and shortening of the production time can be attained.

A packaging materialincludes a heat resistant resin stretched film layeras an outer layer, a thermoplastic resin layeras an inner layer, a metal foil layerarranged between these layers, and a colored ink layerarranged between the metal foil layerand the heat resistant resin stretched film layer. As the heat resistant resin stretched film, a heat resistant resin stretched film having a hot water shrinkage rate of 2% to 20% is used, and the heat resistant resin stretched film layerand the colored ink layerare integrally laminated via an easily adhesive layer. In this packaging material, at the time of forming and sealing, and even being used in a somewhat severe environment such as high-temperature and humid environment, the colored ink layer will not be detached from the heat resistant resin stretched film layer.

In some embodiments, a molding packaging material includes an outer side base layer made of a heat resistant resin, an inner sealant layer, a metal foil layer arranged between the outer side base material layer and the inner sealant layer, and a matte coat layer formed on a side opposite to a metal foil layer side of the outer side base material layer. The matte coat layer includes a resin component, a solid fine particle, and a lubricant, and the inner sealant layer includes a thermoplastic resin and a lubricant.

A molding packaging material includes an outer substrate layer made of a heat-resistant resin, an inner sealant layer made of a thermoplastic resin, a metallic foil layer provided between the outer substrate layer and the inner sealant layer, and a protection coat layer formed on a side opposite to the metallic foil layer side of the outer substrate layer. The protection coat layer is made of a resin composition including a main resin containing a phenoxy resin and a urethane resin, and a curing agent, and has a thickness of 0.1 &#x3bc;m to 10 &#x3bc;m.

The molding packaging materialincludes an outer base materialmade of a heat-resistant resin, an inner sealant layermade of a thermoplastic resin, a metal foil layerarranged between the outer base materialand the inner sealant layer, and a matte coat layerformed on one side of the outer base material opposite to the other side thereof to which the metal foil layeris arranged. The matte coat layeris made from a resin composition containing a base compound resin including a phenoxy resin and a urethane resin, a curing agent, and solid fine particles.
