A pneumatic tire includes a plurality of protrusions that are provided in a range that includes the tire maximum width position of the tire side portion, and that extend in a direction intersecting the radial direction. The plurality of protrusions are separated from each other in the tire circumferential direction by spacings, pass through the center of rotation of the tire, and extend in the tire radial direction. In a case where a first straight line and a second straight line with different tire circumferential direction positions each cross the protrusions, a ratio of a sum of masses per unit length of the protrusions the first straight line crosses to a sum of masses per unit length of the protrusion the second straight line crosses is not less than 0.8 and not greater than 1.2.

Pneumatic tire and vehicle

A ratio between the total width (SW) and outer diameter (OD) of a pneumatic tire, which has an asymmetrical pattern formed by grooves formed on a tread part, satisfies SW/OD&#x2264;0.3. Given a ground contact width (CW) in a ground contact region in the tread part, a groove area ratio (GR), and a groove area ratio (GRi) of a tire inner side region (Ai), which spans from a tire equator line (CL) to the vehicle side in the ground contact region, and a groove area ratio (GRo) of a tire outer side region (Ao), which spans from the tire equator line to the opposite side of the vehicle side in the ground contact region, the ground contact region is formed to satisfy 0.75&#x2264;CW/SW&#x2264;0.9, 10&#x2264;GR&#x2264;25%, and GRi&#x3c;GRo.

Pneumatic tire

A pneumatic tire of the present technology includes: protrusions that are provided in a range including a maximum tire width position in a tire side portion, and extend in a direction that intersects a tire radial direction. The protrusions are provided having a space therebetween in a tire circumferential direction, pass through a center of rotation, extend in the tire radial direction and, when a first straight line and a second straight line each having different positions in the tire circumferential direction each traverse the protrusions, have a ratio of from 0.8 to 1.2, both inclusive, between a total mass per unit length for the protrusions traversed by the first straight line and a total mass per unit length for the protrusions traversed by the second straight line. A ratio between a total width SW and an outer diameter OD fulfills the relationship SW/OD&#x2264;0.3.

A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion, sidewall portions, bead portions, and has at least one carcass layer disposed between the pair of bead portions. The ratio SW/OD between the total tire width SW and the tire external diameter OD satisfies the relationship SW/OD&#x2264;0.3. A first region A is defined between a pair of first boundary lines (L, L), second regions B are defined between a first boundary line (L) and a second boundary line (L), and third regions C are defined on the bead toe side of the second boundary lines (L). Defining SA, SB, and SC as the cross-sectional area (mm) of the first region A to the third region C, and defining the peripheral lengths (mm) of the first region A to third region C along the tire inner surface as a, b, and c, respectively, the relationship 7.5&#x2264;SA/a&#x2264;11.5 is satisfied.

A pneumatic tire has a ratio SW/OD between the total tire width SW and the tire external diameter OD satisfying SW/OD&#x2264;0.3. A first region A is defined between a pair of first boundary lines, second regions B are defined between a first boundary line and a second boundary line, and third regions C are defined on the bead toe side of the second boundary lines. Defining SA, SB, and SC as the cross-sectional area (mm) of the first region A to the third region C, and defining the peripheral length (mm) of the first region A to third region C along the tire inner surface as a, b, and c, SA/a and SB/b satisfy 7.5&#x2264;SA/a&#x2264;11.5 and 2.0&#x2264;SB/b&#x2264;6.0, and the ratio TDW/SW between the developed tread width TDW and the total tire width SW satisfies 0.7&#x2264;TDW/SW&#x2264;0.95.

To provide a pneumatic tire with improved performance and balance in terms of fuel efficiency, steering stability performance and wear life. The total width SW, outside diameter OD, tread groove depth Ga, center groove depth Gc and shoulder groove depth Gs satisfy the relationships SW/OD&#x2264;0.3, Ga&#x2264;0.02&#xd7;SW+2.5 and Gc&#x3e;Gs.

Fuel efficient pneumatic tire

The present technology pertains to a pneumatic tire () comprising: a pair of bead portions (); sidewall portions () connected to the pair of bead portions; and a tread portion () connected to the sidewall portions. A ratio between a total width (SW) and an outer diameter (OD) of the pneumatic tire satisfies the relationship SW/OD&#x2264;0.3. Moreover, if the length along a tread profile () from a first side second reference point (Q) to a second side second reference point (Q) is the developed tread width (TDW), and an angle formed between a straight line that connects the second reference points and the profile center (cc), and a straight line parallel to the tire width direction is an amount of depression (&#x3b8;), the following relationships are satisfied: 0.8&#x2264;TDW/SW&#x3c;1, and 1.5&#xb0;&#x2264;&#x3b8;&#x2264;4.5&#xb0;.

The present technology relates to a pneumatic tire in which the ratio of the total width SW and the outer diameter OD satisfies SW/OD&#x2264;0.3, and grooves are provided on the tread portion. In the ground contact region of the tread portion, when the groove area ratio in the ground contact area is GR, the ground contact width is W, the region having a width of 50% of the ground contact width W and the tire equatorial plane as center is the center region, the groove area ratio in the center region is GCR, the ground contact region on the outer side in the tire width direction of the center region is the shoulder region, and the groove area ratio in the shoulder region is GSR, the ground contact region of the tread portion is formed to satisfy 10%&#x2264;GR&#x2264;25% and GCR&#x3e;GSR.

The present technology relates to a pneumatic tire in which the ratio of the total width SW and the outer diameter OD satisfies SW/OD&#x2264;0.3, and grooves are provided on the tread portion. In the ground contact region of the tread portion, when the groove area ratio with respect to the ground contact area is GR, the ground contact width is W, the region having a width of 50% of the ground contact width W and the tire equatorial line as center is the center region, the groove area ratio in the center region is GCR, the ground contact region on the outer side in the tire width direction of the center region is the shoulder region, and the groove area ratio in the shoulder region is GSR, the ground contact region of the tread portion is formed to satisfy 10%&#x2264;GR&#x2264;25% and GCR&#x2264;GSR.

Provided is a pneumatic tire where a total width (SW) and an outer diameter (OD) satisfy the relationship SW/OD&#x2264;0.3; an inner diameter (ID) and an outer diameter (OD) satisfy the relationship ID/OD&#x2265;0.7; as viewed in a tire meridional cross section, an area (X) (mm) of a first region (R) and a periphery length (Y) (mm) of an inner peripheral surface of the first region (R) have a ratio X/Yof 12 or greater and 30 or less; and an area X(mm) of a second region (R) and a periphery length (Y) (mm) of an inner peripheral surface of the second region (R) have a ratio X/Yof 10 or greater and 15 or less.

A pneumatic tire includes a cylindrical annular structure disposed around a rotational axis; a carcass portion including a rubber covered cord, at least a portion of the carcass portion being disposed to the outer side of the annular structure in a direction parallel to the rotational axis; and a rubber layer including a tread portion, at least a portion of the rubber layer being disposed to an outer side of the annular structure in a radiation direction with respect to the rotational axis. In such a pneumatic tire, SW/OD&#x2264;0.30 is satisfied, where SW is a total tire width and OD is a tire outer diameter.

The tire arrangement implement is employed to arrange a plurality of tires, each provided with a decorative portion located on a sidewall portion, in a row in the tire rotational axis direction. The tire arrangement implement comprises a spacer. The spacer is disposed between adjacent tires or between the tire and the floor, not in contact with the decorative portion, and separates the decorative portion of one tire from another tire or the peripherally located member.
