There is provided a radiation-irradiation device of which a direction can be easily changed obliquely with a simple structure. A rear wheel unit (R) of a radiation-irradiation device includes first locking means that includes a front operating portion (F) of a brake pedal (), a shaft (), a gear (), a cam (), a rod (), a lever (), and a disc () and restrains the traveling rotation of a wheel (). Further, the rear wheel unit (R) includes second locking means that includes a rear operating portion (R) of the brake pedal (), the shaft (), the gear (), and the cam () and restrains the revolution of a casing ().

Radiation-irradiation device

In a medical imaging apparatus for imaging mammary gland and breast while compressing the breast with a compression plate, the posture of an ultrasonic probe relative to the compression plate is kept constant and the moving motion of the ultrasonic probe is stabilized. The apparatus includes: an imaging stage; a compression plate; an ultrasonic probe provided to maintain acoustic connection to the compression plate, for transmitting ultrasonic waves according to drive signals and receiving ultrasonic echoes to output reception signals; an ultrasonic imaging unit for supplying the drive signals to the ultrasonic probe and generating image data based on the reception signals; a detecting unit for detecting a location and/or a posture of the ultrasonic probe relative to the compression plate; and a control unit for controlling the location and/or the posture of the ultrasonic probe based on a detection result of the detecting unit.

Medical imaging apparatus

In a system for diagnoses of mammary glands and breasts using radiation and ultrasonic waves in combination, images are correlated for easier visual recognition. The system includes an apparatus for acquiring a radiation image of an object projected on a projection surface, acquiring an ultrasonic slice image of the object along a slice surface substantially orthogonal to the projection surface, and generating first image data representing ultrasonic slice images along slice surfaces, second image data representing a radiation image, and location data representing locations of the slice surfaces on the projection surface; an apparatus for correlating and storing those data; and an apparatus for displaying an ultrasonic slice image based on the first image data, and displaying a radiation image, on which a marker indicating a location of the slice surface on the projection surface is shown, based on the second data and the location data.

Medical image diagnostic system, medical imaging apparatus, medical image storage apparatus, and medical image display apparatus

The time for obtaining ultrasonic images can be reduced by using a two-dimensional transducer array and good radiation images can be obtained even when radiation imaging is performed with the fixed array. The medical imaging apparatus includes a radiation generating unit for generation radiation, a radiation detecting unit for detecting radiation, an ultrasonic transducer array provided between the radiation generating unit and the radiation detecting unit and including two-dimensionally arranged ultrasonic transducers, a radiation image data generating unit for generating radiation image data based on a detection result of the radiation detecting unit, and an image processing unit for performing image processing on the radiation image data generated based on a detection result of radiation transmitted through an object to be inspected and the ultrasonic transducer array, thereby removing an image of the ultrasonic transducer array from a radiation image represented by the radiation image data.

An operation member is moved from a first position to a third position via a second position. When the operation member is rotated from the second position to the third position, a plate portion integrally formed with the operation member pushes and rotates a changeover ring to rotate a stop changing plate and a shutter-speed changing plate. When the operation member is kept in the second position, the plate portion is not interlocked with the changeover ring. Thus, a stop and a shutter speed are not carelessly changed if the operation member is slightly rotated by a finger. Since the stop changing plate starts to rotate at a near portion of a rotational end of the changeover ring, the stop is substantially maintained in a smaller-stop state or in a larger-stop state even if the operation member stops on its way.

Lens-fitted photo film unit

A lens-fitted photo film unit includes a flash unit for applying flash light to a photographic object. An exposure amount changer, such as an aperture stop changing mechanism, changes over object light incident on photo film from the object between low and high exposure amounts. For the lens-fitted photo film unit, a photographic mode selection device includes a movable selector, such as a button, for selectively designating a daylight mode, a daylight flash mode and a night flash mode. The movable selector, when the daylight mode is designated, determines the low exposure amount and turns off the flash unit, and when the daylight flash mode is designated, determines the low exposure amount and turns on the flash unit, and when the night flash mode is designated, determines the high exposure amount and turns on the flash unit.

Photographic mode selectable camera

A camera includes a movable aperture stop plate, which changes over a light path of object light between plural stop states. A depressible shutter release button is provided. A shutter mechanism is released in response to depression of the shutter release button after a charging operation and changing over the movable aperture stop plate, to provide an exposure to the photo film. A photometric circuit including a CdS element measures object brightness adapted for changing over the movable aperture stop plate. A photometric switch includes first and second switch segments, is turned on when pressed, to supply the photometric circuit with power. A blocking pin blocks and turns off the first and second switch segments upon completion of the charging operation of the shutter mechanism, and comes away from the photometric switch when the shutter release button is depressed.

Camera and shutter device

A stop lever is rotatable on a light shielding tunnel with an exposure aperture. When the stop lever is at a fast shutter speed position, a support pad is located below a lower metal plate of a synchronization switch of a flash circuit. The support pad holds the lower metal plate to limit rotation of a shutter blade, so that photography is carried out at a fast shutter speed. The synchronization switch is turned on after the exposure aperture is fully open. When the stop lever is at a slow shutter speed position, a support pad is away from the lower metal plate to obtain a slow shutter speed. It is possible to obtain a fast shutter speed by providing a light shielding tunnel with a fixed stopper to limit rotation of the shutter speed, and a slow shutter speed by providing a light shielding tunnel without a stopper.

Lens-fitted photo film unit and method for manufacturing lens-fitted photo film unit

A lens-fitted photo film unit is pre-loaded with photo film. A photometric circuit measures object brightness of a photographic object, and determines which of high brightness or low brightness the object brightness is according to comparison with a predetermined reference brightness level. A mode selector in a button shape sets a selected one of an AE mode and a night scene mode. A combination of stationary and movable aperture stop plates changes over a photographic light path in a selected one of small, middle and large aperture stop states. The movable aperture stop plates set the light path in the small aperture stop state when the AE mode is determined and also upon detection of the high brightness. The light path is set in the middle aperture stop state when the AE mode is determined and also upon detection of the low brightness. The light path is set in the large aperture stop state when the night scene mode is determined.

Lens-fitted photo film unit having aperture stop device

A first pin to be used for rotatably supporting a shutter blade is disposed near a second pin to be used for rotatably supporting a stop-changing plate. A rotational direction of the shutter blade from a closed position to an open position is set so as to be identical with a rotational direction of the stop changing plate directing from a smaller-stop position to a larger-stop position. Rotational spaces of the shutter blade and the stop changing plate are arranged at one side of a photographic optical axis so that a protrusion of a front cover for containing them is prevented from enlarging.

A camera includes a preset open aperture for introducing object light to photo film. A taking lens is disposed in a light path of the object light, and has two lens elements. In the camera, an aperture stop changing device is provided. An aperture changing plate includes a stop-down opening having a small diameter, is disposed close to the taking lens, is movable between a small diameter position and a large diameter position. The stop-down opening, when the aperture changing plate is in the small diameter position, is set in the light path for stopping down the preset open aperture, and when the aperture changing plate is in the large diameter position, is set away from the light path. A spacer is secured to a partial section of a peripheral portion of the taking lens, for defining a passage gap or cutout at a remaining partial section of the peripheral portion of the taking lens. The passage cutout allows passage of the aperture changing plate moving between the small and large diameter positions.

Aperture stop changing device for camera

A protective cover ( ) for a taking lens is provided in the front of a lens-fitted photo film unit. The protective cover cooperates with a shutter locking mechanism which locks a shutter button ( ) when the protective cover is in a closed position in front of the taking lens. The protective cover also cooperates with a flash prevention mechanism which turns off a flash charge switch off when the protective cover moves in the closed position, prevents the flash charge switch from being moved to its ON position so long as the protective cover is in the closed position, and allows the flash charge switch to be moved to the ON position when the protective cover is moved away from the taking lens. The protective cover is slidable in a horizontal direction on a front surface portion of the film unit, and the front surface portion is straight in the horizontal direction. The protective cover has a vertical length that does not interfere with a bottom lid ( ) that is provided for removal of an exposed photo filmstrip. A first label is stuck on a front surface of the protective cover, and a second label is wrapped around the film unit excluding the front surface portion the protective cover slide thereon, to decorate and dust-proof the film unit and reinforce the unit housing.
