Head-up display system

The laminate film is a laminate including 51 or more layers in which an A layer mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin A and a B layer mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin B, which is different from the thermoplastic resin A, are alternately laminated. A transmission spectrum X is obtained by exposing the film to linear polarized light (X wave) that oscillates in the alignment direction of the film over a range of wavelengths from 300 to 900 nm. A transmission spectrum Y is obtained by exposing the film to linear polarized light (Y wave) that oscillates in the direction perpendicular to the alignment direction of the film over a range of wavelengths from 300 to 900 nm. The area Amax (nm·%) of the largest region among regions enclosed by the transmission spectrum X and the transmission spectrum Y is 150 to 1500.

Laminate film

Embodiments disclose an optical material having a visual confirmation effect due to higher directivity of light reflection than a conventional optical material. Embodiments can include a laminate having a multilayer laminated film in which 11 or more layers of different thermoplastic resins are alternately laminated. With respect to light in a wavelength range of 400 to 700 nm and that is perpendicularly incident on an outer surface of the multilayer laminated film, the laminate has an average transmittance in the above wavelength range of 50% or more. When average reflectances in a wavelength range of 400 to 700 nm with respect to S-wave light in the wavelength range, incident at angles of 20° and 70° with respect to the normal line of the outer surface of the film at azimuths ϕn (n: 1 to 5), are given as Rs20(ϕn) and Rs70(ϕn), respectively, the laminate satisfies, at least one azimuth ϕn:Rs70(ϕn)−Rs20(ϕn)≥50(%).

The present invention provides a laminate film and a display member including the laminate film, which are excellent in visibility of external information such as scenery and displayability of information from a projection member, and are also excellent in color tone reproducibility. The laminate film includes a laminate of 50 or more alternately arranged layers of a plurality of different thermoplastic resins, the laminate film having a transmittance of light incident perpendicularly to a film surface of 50% or more, the laminate film satisfying a relationship of R20&#x2264;R40&#x3c;R70, wherein R20, R40, and R70 are reflectances of a P-wave incident at angles of 20&#xb0;, 40&#xb0;, and 70&#xb0;, respectively, to the normal to the film surface, the reflectance of R70 being 30% or more, reflected light of the P-wave incident at 70&#xb0; to the normal to the film surface having a saturation of 20 or less.

Layered film and display device

A multi-layer laminated film includes layers composed using a thermoplastic resin A and layers composed using a thermoplastic resin B, which A layers and B layers are alternately laminated in 51 or more layers, wherein the film has: a heat shrinkage stress of 0.5 MPa to 5 MPa at 150&#xb0; C. in the longitudinal and width directions of the film; and a heat shrinkage stress kick-off temperature of 110&#xb0; C. or lower in at least one of the longitudinal and width directions of the film.

Multi-layer laminated film

A multilayer film includes 50 or more layers of each of two or more thermoplastic resins having different optical properties are alternately laminated with each other, wherein the average reflectance in a wavelength range of 900 to 1,200 nm is 70% or higher; both of the differences between the a* values (&#x394;a*) and between the b* values (&#x394;b*), respectively, of transmitted light incoming at an angle of 12&#xb0; and of transmitted light incoming at an angle of 45&#xb0; are 10 or less; and the multilayer film comprises a bandwidth of not less than 50 nm where the transmittance is 80% or lower in a wavelength range of 400 to 800 nm.
