The invention provides an ink composition including a pigment, water, a polymerizable compound having an acrylamide structure, a polymerization initiator and a wetting agent that is in the form of a solid at a temperature of 25&#xb0; C. and an atmospheric pressure of 1 bar, the wetting agent being included in the ink composition in an amount of from 0.01% by mass to 400% by mass with respect to the polymerizable compound having an acrylamide structure.

Ink composition, ink set and image forming process

When a stop aperture formed by a shutter blade has reached a diameter corresponding to a predetermined f-number, a flash light is emitted and an exposure is performed with the flash light. Successively, the diameter of the stop aperture is gradually increased. When the stop aperture has reached a diameter corresponding to a set f-number, a color-temperature conversion filter is placed at a photographic optical path. Another exposure is performed with an illumination light which has passed through the color-temperature conversion filter.

A lens-fitted photo film unit for photographing an object includes a flash charger button as mode selector, which designates a selected one of a flashless mode and a flashing mode. An exposure aperture forms a color image by object light from the object. The image, if the flashless mode is designated, is recorded with first color balance in the exposure aperture, and if the flashing mode is designated, is recorded with second color balance. An electronic flash unit applies flash light to the object. A light balancing filter as color balance adjustor subjects the object light to correction if the flashless mode is designated, so as to set the first and second color balance substantially equal to one another.

A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material has, on a support, at least one green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a magenta coupler, at least one blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a yellow coupler, and at least two red-sensitive silver emulsion layers containing a cyan coupler and having different sensitivities. The highest sensitivity layer of the red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers contains a yellow coupler, and a red-sensitive emulsion layer having a lower sensitivity contains a yellow-colored cyan coupler.

A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material has, on a support, at least one green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a magenta coupler, at least one blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a yellow coupler, and at least two red-sensitive silver emulsion layers containing a cyan coupler and having different sensitivities. The highest sensitivity layer of the red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers contains a magenta coupler, and a red-sensitive emulsion layer having a lower sensitivity contains a magenta colored cyan coupler.

Disclosed is a silver halide photographic emulsion containing tabular silver bromide series grains having a mean aspect ratio of 2 or more, which is characterized by the grains having no projection on the grain surface and by the silver chloride content in the surface part of the grains being higher than that in the part of the grain which is underneath the grain surface. Also disclosed is a multi-layer photographic light-sensitive material having at least two silver halide emulsion layers on a support in which at least one of the silver halide emulsion layers contains the tabular silver bromide series grains as defined above. By the incorporation of the emulsion, the sensitivity, the storage stability and the manufacture stability properties of the photographic material are improved without deteriorating its graininess property.

Silver halide photographic emulsion and multilayer photographic

A silver halide photographic emulsion is described which has excellent color-sensitizing efficiency by sensitizing dyes, sharpness, covering power, and pressure resistant properties, wherein the grains are comprised of core/shell type grains having contained therein a partially halogen-converted silver salt phase, the silver salt comprising silver halochloride, silver thiocyanate or silver citrate.

Silver halide photographic emulsion

A silver halide photographic emulsion comprising a hydrophilic colloid having dispersed therein tabular silver halide grains having an aspect ratio of at least 2, the grains comprising a matrix comprising at least 50 mol % silver bromide ions based on silver ions, and a high silver chloride layer on the matrix, the high silver chloride layer comprising at least 50 mol % chloride ions based on silver ions and forming a substantially uniform plane on the matrix, wherein at least 50 mol % of the high silver chloride layer is present on two basal plane surfaces of the matrix. The emulsion has improved pressure properties which are suited for rapid processing, and minimized grain aggregation and excellent suitability for preparation.

A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer, wherein a silver halide emulsion contained in at least one of the silver halide emulsion layers is a silver halide emulsion in which 30% by number of the total number of whole silver halide grains have a diameter of not more than 0.3 .mu.m, as a diameter of equivalent sphere, and the silver halide color photographic material contains a compound capable of releasing upon a reaction with an oxidation product of a developing agent a compound which is capable of releasing development inhibitor upon a reaction with another molecular of an oxidation product of a developing agent. The silver halide color photographic material has excellent color reproducibility and sharpness as well as a broad exposure latitude.
