A screw device is provided which applies preload with a single nut and can easily detect preload. The screw device of includes: a screw shaft having an outer helical groove; a nut fitted on the screw shaft, the nut having an inner helical groove, and a return path to which a passage formed between the outer groove and the inner groove is connected; a plurality of rolling elements placed between the passage and the return path; and a strain sensor attached to an outer surface of the nut. At least one hole is provided between an attachment surface, to which the strain sensor is attached, of the nut and/or a vicinity thereof and an inner surface of the nut.

Preload detectable screw device

A preload detectable screw device is provided which can detect preload with accuracy and can reduce the influence of generated heat on the output of a sensor. A screw device () includes a screw shaft (), a nut member (), a plurality of rolling elements (), at least one axial strain sensor () (B, D) that is attached to a surface of the nut member () and detects strain in an axial direction on the nut member (), and at least one circumferential strain sensor () (A, C) that is attached to the surface of the nut member () and detects strain in a circumferential direction on the nut member (). Preload of the screw device () is detected on the basis of outputs of the axial strain sensor () (B, D) and the circumferential strain sensor () (A, C).

In a screw device where a shim is disposed between two nuts, a screw device that can detect preload is provided. The preload detectable screw device includes: two nuts; a shim sandwiched and compressed between the two nuts; a coupling portion configured to couple the two nuts in such a manner as to be incapable of relative rotation to each other; and a force sensor for detecting preload. A contact surface of at least one of the two nuts with the shim is provided with a recess, spaced apart from the coupling portion, in such a manner as to reduce the contact area. The force sensor is attached near the recess on an outer surface of the shim.

Screw feeding device and actuator using same

A disclosed screw device provides an allowance for the accuracy of a recess in an end surface of a nut. A nut has a communicating hole communicating in an axial direction, and is provided at an axial end surface of the nut with a recess communicating with the communicating hole. A circulation member including a turn-around path is placed in the recess. When the circulation member is placed in the recess, the turn-around path of the circulation member is linked to a loaded rolling element rolling groove and the communicating hole of the nut to form a circulation path of a rolling element. A clearance between the circulation member and a wall surface of the recess permits the circulation member to move. The circulation member placed in the recess is not fixed in the recess, and is covered with a lid member to be attached to the nut.

The piled stack is composed of a plurality of media stacked in a direction. The taking out part takes out the plurality of media one by one from one end in the direction of the piled stack. The support part has a facing surface opposing a side surface of the piled stack. The ultrasonic vibrator has a vibrating surface opposing the end in the direction of the piled stack and one end in the direction of the support part. The ultrasonic vibrator oscillates the vibrating surface along a line connecting the vibrating surface with a gap between the side surface of the piled stack and the facing surface of the support part.

According to one embodiment, a displacement detection device includes a light source, objective lens, beam splitter, aperture limiting element, and detection device. The beam splitter may separate reflected light into portions. The reflected light may be reflected by the medium and then transmitted through the objective lens.
