The disclosure provides a pull and a manufacturing method of the pull, which can mount an electronic component inside a handle part without damaging the electronic component and have favorable electronic functions. The pull of the disclosure is to be mounted on a slider for a slide fastener, and includes a ring part, an insertion part, the handle part, and the electronic component. The ring part is to be mounted on the slider. The insertion part is connected to the ring part for receiving an injection material. The handle part is formed sequentially on the insertion part by the injection material. The electronic component is mounted inside the handle part in a process in which the handle part is formed sequentially on the insertion part by the injection material.

Pull and manufacturing method of pull

In a sliding fastener, a fastener element is adhered at a predetermined pitch. The fastener element includes: a close-contact portion; and first and second engaging/disengaging portions which are respectively disposed on the first and the second tape surface sides of the close-contact portion. The close-contact portion has a first close-contact surface and a second close-contact surface which are respectively disposed in one direction and the other direction along the tape length direction. In addition, the pitch is set smaller than a sum of a dimension between the first and the second close-contact surfaces and a dimension between the first and the second close-contact surfaces. As a result, it is possible to make an element row rigid in a line in a more firm manner when a left and right element rows are coupled.

The invention provides a fastener tape for a slide fastener, which prevents stretching of an element attaching portion in a tape longitudinal direction while maintaining plasticity possessed by a knitted fabric inherently and has the improved strength of the element attaching portion, wherein a narrow width fastener tape is composed of a warp knitting structure in which an element attaching portion constituted of a plurality of wales is formed by knitting along one side edge of a tape main body portion, the element attaching portion is formed by disposing at least: a warp knitting yarn which runs in a zigzag fashion forming a needle loop across two or more wales adjacent to each other such that the needle loop is entangled with a needle loop of another knitting yarn of every other course on a wale; and a weft in-laid yarn which runs across two or more wales adjacent to each other.

The invention provides a fastener slider, wherein the fastener element comprising an element main body constituted of a base portion attached to a fastener tape, a neck portion and an engaging head portion continuous from the neck portion and expanding in a tape length direction and stiffening means provided on the element main body, allowing a fastener stringer to bend when the elements are separated and inhibiting the fastener chain from bending when the elements are engaged in a stiffening condition, the stiffening means having a first firm contact face making firm contact with mating stiffening means when the elements are engaged and a second firm contact face making firm contact with a partial surface of the engaging head portion of the fastener element when the elements are engaged, thereby the slide fastener having a rigid, linear or curved rod-like configuration when fastener elements are engaged, allowing it to deform in multiple directions.
