A stabilizer bushing installed on a stabilizer bar is made of two divided parts of rubber or the like to prevent or decrease generation of a gap in a bonding surface. The stabilizer bushing installed on an outer periphery of the stabilizer bar by adhesion includes divided rubber bushings of an upper rubber bushing and a lower rubber bushing. Before adhesion, both end portions of the upper and lower rubber bushings, respectively, in a circumferential direction are tapered so that an overlapping amount between the upper and lower rubber bushings increases toward the outer periphery side of the bushings. After adhesion, a bonding surface is bonded by pressure.

Stabilizer bushing

A stabilizer bush including: a tubular rubber bushing body having an inner hole for inserting a stabilizer bar; and a mounting base provided on a fixing surface of the rubber bushing body against a vehicle body. The stabilizer bush is configured to be installed on the vehicle body such that an outer peripheral surface of the rubber bushing body is press-fitted on a side of the vehicle body via the mounting base by a roughly U-shaped bracket to be fixed to the vehicle body. The rubber bushing body includes a shock absorbing rubber part that is elastically deformed due to a compression force caused by pressing of the bracket, bulges to both sides in the width direction of the mounting base, and enters and interposes between the mounting base and the bracket.

Stabilizer bush

A strut-type suspension device includes an upper support; a shock absorber that is supported by the upper support; a coil spring that is arranged surrounding the shock absorber, between an upper spring seat and a lower spring seat; and a bearing that is arranged between the upper spring seat and the upper support. The upper support includes a mounting portion that has a support surface for supporting the bearing. The support surface is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to a shock absorber axis.

Strut-type suspension device

Semi-tubular portions of two partition members partitioning a bushing body into an outer rubber portion and an inner rubber portion are asymmetrically arranged with respect to a reference plane containing a central axis of the bushing body and parallel to two attachment surfaces of a bracket. In addition, each of the semi-tubular portions is configured to have a length equal to or larger than a diameter of a stabilizer bar, the length being from one end to the other end in a circumferential direction of the semi-tubular portion in a projection view obtained by projecting the semi-tubular portion to a horizontal surface in a vertical direction.

Stabilizer bushing for vehicle and method of producing the same

A stabilizer bushing is provided which effectively reduces a torsional friction between a bushing body and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bushing includes a bushing bodymade of a tubular elastic body, a sliding memberfixed to an inner circumferential surface of the tubular elastic body, and two partition membersembedded in and bonded to a radially middle area of the bushing body. The partition membersdivide the bushing bodyinto an inner rubber portionthat is thin enough not to be elastically-deformed by a load applied thereto and an outer rubber portionthat is thicker than the inner rubber portion. Further, each of the partition membersincludes through holesthat are located so as to divide the partition member into a plurality of sections both in the axial and circumferential directions.
