A working vehicle includes a hitch, a receiver to receive wireless signal(s) from transmitter(s) in/on attachment(s) and including piece(s) of identification information of the attachment(s), and a controller configured or programmed to select identification information of the attached attachment based on the piece(s) of identification information included in the received signal(s) and received signal strength(s) of the signal(s); perform a process based on the selected information; cause a memory to store, for a period, the piece(s) of identification information included in the signal(s); calculate time(s) from when the signal(s) are received or time(s) from when the piece(s) of identification information are stored; calculate judgment value(s) based on the strength(s) at time point(s) at which the piece(s) of identification information are received and the calculated time(s); and select, based on the value(s), the identification information of the attached attachment from those stored in the memory.

Working vehicle and attachment usage system

A working machine includes: at least one support member connectable to a work attachment to do work by making contact with an object to be contacted; at least one hydraulic cylinder to move the work attachment connected to the at least one support member, a rod-side pressure detector to detect a rod-side hydraulic pressure of hydraulic fluid in communication with a rod-side fluid chamber of the at least one hydraulic cylinder; a bottom-side pressure detector to detect a bottom-side hydraulic pressure of hydraulic fluid in communication with a bottom-side fluid chamber of the at least one hydraulic cylinder; and a controller to calculate a relationship in pressure between the rod-side hydraulic pressure and the bottom-side hydraulic pressure and evaluate, based on the calculated relationship in pressure, a contact state which is a state of contact of the work attachment with the object.

Working machine

A working machine includes a machine body, a working device provided on the machine body movably up and down with respect to the machine body, a protector provided on the machine body to protect an operator's seat on the machine body, a detector provided on the protector to detect an obstacle higher than the protector, and a controller configured or programmed to, when the detector detects the obstacle, perform at least one process to prevent the working device from contacting the obstacle.

A telematics service system includes a transmitter provided in or on an attachment mountable to and demountable from a working vehicle to transmit a wireless signal, a first communicator to receive the wireless signal transmitted from the transmitter, a second communicator to transmit attachment information including identification information about the attachment, a server to receive the attachment information to manage telematics information, and a controller to acquire the identification information from the wireless signal received by the first communicator, include the identification information into the attachment information, and cause the second communicator to transmit the attachment information to the server. The controller causes the second communicator to transmit, to the server, information relating to the state of the attachment that has changed in response to an operation to mount the attachment to the working vehicle and/or an operation to demount the attachment from the working vehicle.

Telematics service system

A controller of a working vehicle is configured or programmed to, while a latching mechanism is in an unlatching state in which the latching mechanism does not latch an attachment and at least one of a traveling device or a working device is about to take action or is in action, select wireless signal(s) satisfying a first condition from wireless signal(s) transmitted from transmitter(s) in or on attachment(s) and received by a receiver, and provisionally select piece(s) of identification information included in the selected wireless signal(s), and once the latching mechanism has entered a latching state in which the latching mechanism latches the attachment, definitively select a piece of identification information which satisfies a second condition from the provisionally selected piece(s) of identification information, and start a predetermined process based on the definitively selected piece of identification information.

A working machine includes a first pressure detector configured to detect a first pilot pressure that is a pressure of operation fluid passed through a first traveling fluid line, a second pressure detector configured to detect a second pilot pressure that is a pressure of operation fluid passed through a second traveling fluid line, a third pressure detector configured to detect a third pilot pressure that is a pressure of operation fluid passed through a third traveling fluid line, a fourth pressure detector configured to detect a fourth pilot pressure that is a pressure of operation fluid passed through a fourth traveling fluid line, and a controller configured or programed to judge in which of the left-front, right-front, left-rear and right-rear operation areas an operational position of the traveling operation member exists.

A controller is configured or programmed to cause a first memory to store, for a period of time, piece(s) of identification information included in wireless signal(s) transmitted from transmitter(s) in or on attachment(s) and received by a receiver in or on a working vehicle, when one of the attachment(s) is attached to a hitch, select a piece of identification information of the attachment attached to the hitch from the piece(s) of identification information stored in the first memory and start a predetermined process according to the selected piece of identification information, and even if the receiver receives wireless signal(s) before the attachment is allowed to be detached from the hitch, continue to perform the predetermined process without performing selection of a piece of identification information again.

In a working machine, a controller decreases a supply amount of hydraulic fluid from a travel pump to a travel motor based on a travel state of a machine body when a speed-change instruction is issued by operating a switch. When a speed-increase operation is performed, the controller switches the travel switching valve from the first state to the second state in a prior period lasting up to when the supply amount to the travel motor starts decreasing, in a restoration period in which the supply amount to the travel motor after being decreased is being restored, or in an after-restoration period in which the supply amount has been restored.

A hydraulic system for a working vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump to deliver pilot fluid to a control valve for a hydraulic actuator whose highest load pressure acts on a first fluid passage, and a second hydraulic pump to deliver hydraulic fluid whose pressure acts on a second fluid passage. A hydraulic controller is operable to control a load-sensing (LS) differential pressure between the highest load pressure and a delivery pressure of the hydraulic fluid from the second hydraulic pump. A third fluid passage to which the second hydraulic pump delivers the hydraulic fluid branches to a fourth fluid passage for flow of the pilot fluid. A solenoid valve is operable to change a pilot pressure of the pilot fluid for the hydraulic controller, and a controller is configured or programmed to control the solenoid valve to adjust the pilot pressure to change the LS differential pressure.

Hydraulic system for working machine

A working machine includes a first rotation detector to detect a first rotation speed of the left traveling motor, a second rotation detector to detect a second rotation speed of the right traveling motor, and a controller to perform automatic deceleration to automatically reduce the first rotation speed and the second rotation speed both set at respective second speed stages by shifting a speed stage of each of the first rotation speed and the second rotation speed to a first speed stage that is lower than the second speed stage. During straight traveling of a machine body of the working machine, the controller determines a straight-traveling threshold serving as a deceleration threshold for judging whether to perform the automatic deceleration based on the first rotation speed or the second rotation speed.

A hydraulic system in a work machine includes a travel operation device provided in a pilot oil path between a hydraulic pump a travel pump and including an operation member and configured to generate a pilot pressure supplied via the pilot oil path and an additional pilot pressure in accordance with an operation amount of the operation member. The travel pump is to control a flow direction of hydraulic oil supplied to a travel motor based on the pilot pressure and the additional pilot pressure. A pressure selection valve is provided in a first coupling oil path to select a selected pressure from the pilot pressure and the additional pilot pressure to apply the selected pressure to the pilot hydraulic oil in the second coupling oil path. A pressure adjustment valve is provided in a second coupling oil path to control the selected pressure to be an adjusted pilot pressure.

Hydraulic system in work machine

A hydraulic system for a working machine includes a hydraulic actuator configured to be operated by operation fluid, a control valve connected to the hydraulic actuator, and a communication fluid line for fluid communication between the hydraulic actuator and the control valve. The control valve includes a first supply path to guide the operation fluid toward the hydraulic actuator; a regeneration path to guide the operation fluid having been returned to the control valve from the hydraulic actuator, to the first supply path; and a branched path that branches from the regeneration path and supplies operation fluid to outside of the control valve.

A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a hydraulic pump to supply a pilot fluid, and a hydraulic switch valve to be switched to a plurality of switching positions based on a pilot pressure. The pilot pressure is a pressure of the pilot fluid supplied from the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic system includes a direction switch valve to apply a first pilot pressure to the hydraulic switch valve to switch the hydraulic switch valve into one of the plurality of switching positions. The hydraulic system includes a pressure applying device to apply a second pilot pressure to the hydraulic switch valve. The second pilot pressure is lower than the first pilot pressure.

A hydraulic system for a working machine includes first and second hydraulic actuators actuated by hydraulic fluid delivered by a hydraulic pump, a first flow rate controller to control a first supply flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to the first hydraulic actuator to match a first required flow rate, a second flow rate controller to control a second supply flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to the second hydraulic actuator to match a second required flow rate, and a special flow rate control system to, if a sum of the first and second required flow rates is greater than a maximum delivery flow rate of the hydraulic pump, reduce the first supply flow rate to allow the second supply flow rate to approach the second required flow rate.

In a working machine, a controller is configured or programmed to control actuation of a blocking switching valve and a solenoid valve, to cause the blocking switching valve to unblock a first pilot fluid passage to perform switching to a first operation pattern in which an operation device operates a first device via a first control valve and a first hydraulic actuator, and cause the blocking switching valve to block a second pilot fluid passage and control the solenoid valve based on pilot pressure detected by a pressure detector to perform switching to a second operation pattern in which the operation device operates a second device via a second control valve and a second hydraulic actuator.
