A bearing device includes: a rotary shaft being rotatable around an axis; a bearing pad that supports an outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft; a nozzle that is disposed on an upstream side of the bearing pad in a rotational direction of the rotation shaft and has a supply hole; a pair of side plates that face the outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft on an upstream side of the nozzle in the rotational direction and are disposed on both sides of the nozzle in the axial direction, the pair of side plates having a discharge hole; and a guide surface that faces the upstream side in the rotation direction and extends in the axial direction over an entire length of the bearing pad in the axial direction, wherein the guide surface is circumferentially positioned between the supply hole and the discharge hole.

A vane segment includes a blade ring, a plurality of vanes, and a caulking member. The blade ring includes a blade ring groove and a storage space forming portion. The blade ring groove includes a convex portion projecting from a second groove side surface of the blade ring groove to the first side. The storage space forming portion, in combination with an outer shroud, forms a storage space into which the caulking member enters. The caulking member is accommodated within the storage space, contacts with the blade ring groove and the outer shroud, and is exposed from an inner opening of the storage space.

A steam turbine facility includes a rotor shaft, a pair of radial bearings for rotatably supporting the rotor shaft, a pair of low-pressure turbine blade rows disposed on the rotor shaft in a bearing span of the pair of radial bearings, and a high-pressure turbine blade row and an intermediate-pressure turbine blade row disposed on the rotor shaft in the bearing span and positioned between the pair of low-pressure turbine blade rows.

Steam turbine facility and combined cycle plant

A steam turbine facility includes a rotor shaft, a high-pressure turbine blade row and an intermediate-pressure turbine blade row disposed on the rotor shaft, a first low-pressure turbine blade row and a second low-pressure turbine blade row disposed on the rotor shaft on both sides of the intermediate-pressure turbine blade row, respectively, and a third low-pressure turbine blade row and a fourth low-pressure turbine blade row disposed on the rotor shaft on both sides of the high-pressure turbine blade row, respectively. The steam turbine facility is configured such that steam having passed through the intermediate-pressure turbine blade row is divided to flow into the first low-pressure turbine blade row, the second low-pressure turbine blade row, the third low-pressure turbine blade row, and the fourth low-pressure turbine blade row.

A tilting pad bearing including pads disposed around a rotating shaft so as to face an outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft, liners each supporting an outside of the pad in a radial direction with an axis of the rotating shaft as a center, and pivots each supporting an outside of the liner in the radial direction with the axis as a center at a central position of the liner in an axial direction of the rotating shaft so as to allow the pad to be swingable, wherein a recessed portion recessed in a direction away from the pad is formed on a surface of the liner facing the pad or a surface of the pad facing the liner at least at the central position thereof in the axial direction of the rotating shaft.

A journal bearing includes: a carrier ring; a plurality of bearing pads disposed on a radially inner side of a lower half region of the carrier ring, and configured to support a rotor shaft from below; and a guide metal disposed in an upper half region of the carrier ring, in center with respect to an axial direction of the rotor shaft, so as to cover an upper region of an outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft.

A journal bearing includes: a carrier ring having a cylindrical shape; at least two bearing pads disposed on a radially inner side of the carrier ring and configured to support a rotor shaft; at least one oil-supply unit disposed on the radially inner side of the carrier ring, for supplying lubricant oil to a gap between the bearing pad and the rotor shaft; a pair of side plates disposed on both end portions of the carrier ring with respect to an axial direction, along an outer periphery of the rotor shaft; and at least one opening configured to bring a bearing interior space surrounded by the at least two bearing pads and the pair of side plates into communication with atmosphere, and discharge the lubricant oil to outside via the bearing interior space.

A bearing device includes: a carrier ring; a first bearing portion disposed along an outer periphery of a rotor shaft on a radially inner side of the carrier ring; a second bearing portion disposed along the outer periphery of the rotor shaft and downstream of the first bearing portion, with respect to a rotational direction of the rotor shaft, on the radially inner side of the carrier ring; and a pair of side plates disposed along the outer periphery of the rotor shaft, on both sides of the carrier ring with respect to an axial direction. In a carrier-ring side region of an inner peripheral surface of each of the side plates, a groove extending in a circumferential direction along a side surface of the first bearing portion is formed at least in a part of an extending range of the first bearing portion.

A journal bearing includes: a carrier ring having an annular shape; a first bearing pad disposed on a radially inner side of a lower half region of the carrier ring and configured to support a rotor shaft from below; a first oil-supply unit disposed immediately before and upstream of the first bearing pad; a pair of side plates disposed on both end portions of the carrier ring with respect to an axial direction, along an outer periphery of the rotor shaft, Each of the side plates includes: a first region; and a second region which is positioned above the first region, and in which a gap between an inner peripheral surface of the side plate and an outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft is narrower than that in the first region.

A journal bearing includes: a carrier ring; a plurality of bearing pads disposed on a radially inner side of a lower half region of the carrier ring and configured to support a rotor shaft from below; a pair of side plates disposed on both sides of the plurality of bearing pads, with respect to an axial direction of the rotor shaft; and a dam disposed on a radially inner side of the carrier ring, in a downstream section of an upper half region of the carrier ring, and configured to suppress a downstream flow of carried-over oil. A gap is provided between inner peripheral surfaces of the respective side plates and an outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft, for bringing into communication an outside and a bearing interior space surrounded by the pair of side plates.

A journal bearing includes a carrier ring, a plurality of bearing pads disposed on a radially inner side of a lower-half region of the carrier ring and configured to support a rotor shaft from below, and a pair of side plates disposed on both sides of the plurality of bearing pads with respect to an axial direction of the rotor shaft. Each of the side plates includes a first region including a circumferential range upstream of a first bearing pad positioned furthest upstream among the plurality of bearing pads, and a second region positioned upstream of the first region and has a larger distance between an inner peripheral surface of the side plate and an outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft than that of the first region.

The turbine includes: a shaft body supported rotatably; a plurality of turbine blade members; a casing covering the shaft body and the turbine blade row; an outer ring member that is provided on an inner periphery of the casing and includes an inner peripheral portion in which a cross-section having a uneven shape is continuous in a circumferential direction; a plurality of turbine vane members that each has a shroud fitted into the inner peripheral portion of the outer ring member and a turbine vane main body extending from the shroud to a radially inward side; and a plate member that connects at least some of the plurality of turbine vane members and covers one side of the shrouds in the axial direction, thereby sealing a shroud gap formed between the shrouds adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction.
