An electric breast pumpincludes a breast placement partin which a breast part including a breast and a nipple of a subject is placed and suction-pressure generating unitsandthat generate a suction pressure in the breast placement part. The suction-pressure generating unit generates a suction cycle including a plurality of sucking operations. The suction cycle includes basic suction and increased suction with an increased suction pressure. A suction pressure difference that increases in the increased suction is a pressure difference at a borderline at which a user perceives a change of a suction pressure. In the suction cycle, the basic suction and the increased suction are each repeated multiple times consecutively at an equal suction pressure. At least a last sucking operation in the suction cycle is extended suction having a longer suction time than those of other sucking operations.

The solenoid coil includes a coil having a first end surface and a second end surface on its both ends in an axial direction, a member which is in contact with the first end surface, and has a groove through which the wire material of the coil passes, and an insulating resin formed to coat at least an outer circumferential surface and the second end surface of the coil. The resin with a substantially U-shaped section is continuously coated on at least a part of an inner circumferential surface of the coil via an area from the outer circumferential surface to the second end surface.

The suction-pressure generating unit generates a suction cycle including a plurality of different suction pressures. The suction cycle includes basic suction, increased suction with an increased suction pressure, and reduced suction with a reduced suction pressure. A suction pressure difference between a suction pressure increasing in the increased suction and a suction pressure reducing in the reduced suction is an equal pressure and is a pressure difference at a borderline at which a user perceives a change of a suction pressure. In the suction cycle, the basic suction, the increased suction, and the reduced suction are each repeated multiple times consecutively at an equal suction pressure.

A breast pump according to the present invention includes a variable pressure generating unit, the variable pressure generating unit including a power driving unit including a stepping motor that is capable of rotating both normally and in reverse, and a negative pressure forming unit that creates a negative pressure state periodically by causing an elastic body to deform in accordance with a cycle period formed by the power driving unit, wherein the negative pressure forming unit is coupled to the expressing unit, and the stepping motor is capable of modifying an amplitude of the cycle period and the cycle period during negative pressure formation as desired. Hence, a suction pressure and a pressure increase/decrease cycle can both be set as desired, and moreover, a breast pump that uses electric power can be constructed compactly.

[Problem] To provide a check-valve in which the occurrence of damage such as tearing, deformation, etc., can be suppressed. [Solution] A check-valve opens and closes an opening provided in a main body and prevents a backflow of a fluid passing through the opening; and the check-valve includes a base partwhich is flexible, and a valve partwhich opens and closes the opening, has a thickness thinner than a thickness of the base part, and is connected to the base partin a state in which a periphery of the valve partis surrounded with the base part. The valve partseals the opening in a normal state of the valve partbeing pre-urged toward the main body by an elasticity of the base part, and opens the opening when the fluid passes through the opening in one direction.

Check-valve

Provided are an axial gap motor and a method for manufacturing a winding therefore capable of realizing low cost and high output without causing a jumper wire of a continuously wound coil obtained by winding an insulated conductor wire to protrude from the coil. The axial gap motor comprises a stator which is obtained by disposing a plurality of coils in a ring shape, and a rotor which is rotatably attached so as to face one or both principal surfaces of the stator and includes a plurality of permanent magnets corresponding to the plurality of coils of the stator. Each of the plurality of coils constituting the stator is formed by continuously winding one or more insulated conductor wires as coil wires around two or more separation cores. A core lamination thickness is indicated by 'L1'' and a radial length of each coil is indicated by 'L2', a relation of L2&#x3c;L1&#x2032; is satisfied. In each coil, a length of a jumper wire of the insulated conductor wire continuously wound on the two or more separation cores is equal to the radial length &#x201c;L2&#x201d; of the coil.

Axial gap motor and method for manufacturing winding therefor

Stator coils each consist of a plurality of rectangular conductor coil pieces, the adjacent connection ends of which are connected to each other on the outer diameter side of a stator. The coil pieces each have: a folded portion folded in a rotation axis direction on the inner diameter side of the stator; inner diameter-side open leg portions opened from both sides of the folded portion toward the circumferential directions of the rotation axis; linear portions each bent from each of the inner diameter-side open leg portions and disposed so as to pass through the stator from the inner diameter side to the outer diameter side; and an outer diameter-side open leg portions opened from the linear portions toward the circumferential directions of the rotation axis and extending to the connection ends. The inner diameter-side open leg portions extending to the folded portion have a correction portion for correcting the position of the rectangular conductor and are formed so as to align the connection end extending to the correction portion with the connection end of the adjacent coil piece.

Stator coil, axial gap-type rotating electric machine, and method for manufacturing same

A manufacturing method for manufacturing a rotating electrical machine equipped with a stator that includes a continuously wound coil unit achieved by continuously winding concentrated winding-type coils via cross wires, with coil wire having a rectangular section. The manufacturing method includes: mounting core segments, at which the coil wire is yet to be wound, at a core segment forward/backward moving mechanism; winding the coil wire with a winding track secured by driving the core segments forward/backward via the core segment forward/backward moving mechanism; setting faces of the coil wire in alignment by holding orientations of winding start wire and winding end wire at the concentrated winding-type coils at approximately 90&#xb0; via open/close type chucks each equipped with a chuck forward/backward moving mechanism, with the open/close type chucks mounted at the core segment forward/backward moving mechanism; and forming the continuously wound coil unit by driving the core segments forward/backward via the core segment forward/backward moving mechanism, driving the open/close type chucks forward/backward and opening/closing the open/close type chucks.

Rotating electrical machine and method for manufacturing a stator thereof

A rotating electrical machine includes a stator including at least two element coils of the same phase each having a plurality of turns and connected to each other through a coil-to-coil connection wire, the element coils being arranged in adjacent slots, respectively; and a rotor rotatably provided to the stator through a gap. The element coils of the same phase are fitted in the adjacent slots so that wound around portions of the element coils partially overlap each other. A region surrounded by two gate wiring and two drain wiring includes pixels and when there is a defect of short-circuit in adjacent pixel electrodes, the short-circuited portion is removed by irradiating a laser via a mask having a transmission pattern, which corresponds to a pattern of the gate wiring, drain wiring and pixel electrodes in the short-circuited portion.
