An air pollution control system includes COabsorber that removes CO, and an absorbent regenerator that releases COfrom the amine absorbent. The COabsorber is equipped with a COabsorption unit that absorbs COin the flue gas by the amine absorbent (lean solution), and a water-repellent filter unit that is provided on an upper part (gas flow downstream) side of the COabsorption unit and collects the mist amine absorbent accompanied by the CO-free flue gas. The mist amine accompanied by the CO-free flue gas is collected.

When a liquid level is changed even though an inflow of a heat medium into a specific heat transfer tube bundle is stopped, it is determined that there is no abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle in which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped and then another heat transfer tube bundle is inspected. Next, when the inflow of the heat medium into the specific heat transfer tube bundle is stopped not to cause the change in the liquid level, it is determined that there is an abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle to which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped. Thus, it is possible to determine that there is an abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle in which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped.

Leakage inspection method of heat exchanger

In a heat exchanger that includes an expanded part of a duct, a heat-transfer tube bundle accommodating duct, and a plurality of heat-transfer tube bundles provided in the heat-transfer tube bundle accommodating duct in a flow direction of flue gas with a distance therebetween, a bare-tube-part upstream-side regulating plate and a bare-tube-part downstream-side regulating plate at an upstream side and a downstream side of a bare tube part of each of the heat-transfer tube bundles and a plurality of regulating plates in an introducing unit arranged either in the expanded part of a duct or in the heat-transfer tube bundle accommodating duct on an upstream side to the heat-transfer tube bundle are provided. A drift at the bare tube part of the heat-transfer tube bundles can be significantly reduced.

A gas-liquid contactor includes a plurality of spray nozzles provided in a COabsorber, for spraying a COabsorbent downward into the COabsorber in which flue gas drifts upward and passes so as to bring flue gas drifting upward and the COabsorbent into contact with each other. The spray nozzle includes a wall-surface dedicated nozzle provided along a wall surface in the COabsorber and a liquid dispersion nozzle provided inside of the wall-surface dedicated nozzle in the COabsorber.

A polyurea resin having excellent mechanical properties along with high heat resistance can be prepared by the reaction of an aromatic polyamine component and an aliphatic polyisocyanate component, in which the aromatic polyamine component is a combination of a first aromatic polyamine compound which is typically a polyoxyalkylene bis(aminobenzoate) compound and a second aromatic polyamine compound selected from various classes of aromatic polyamine compounds different from the first aromatic polyamine compound in a specified weight proportion. The polyurea resin can be imparted with further improved heat resistance when the aliphatic polyisocyanate component is a combination of an aliphatic diisocyanate compound and a cyclic trimer of an aliphatic polyisocyanate compound in a specified weight proportion.
