Proposed is a technique for facilitating work of cause investigation of a defect by an operator. The present disclosure proposes an automatic analyzer including: a reagent dispensing unit configured to aspirate a reagent from a reagent vessel that contains the reagent, and discharge the reagent into a reaction vessel that contains a reaction liquid containing a sample; a storage unit configured to store a type of the sample and concentration-related information determined for each type of the sample and related to a concentration of a component to be measured contained in the sample; a detection unit configured to detect a measurement concentration that is the concentration of the component to be measured contained in the reaction liquid; and a determination unit configured to determine whether an abnormality occurs in the reagent vessel based on the concentration-related information and the measurement concentration.

Automated analysis device, and abnormality detecting method

The object of the invention is to provide an automatic analysis apparatus capable of setting a dispensing mechanism for measuring dispensing accuracy and a dispensing volume, and capable of performing dispensing accuracy measurement without absorbance measurement. Regarding a dispensing accuracy, a dispensing mechanism to be measured is designated. Parameters including a dispensing volume and the like are input. A dispensing operation of the input dispensing volume is automatically performed for each designated dispensing mechanism. A reaction vessel contains, for example, a reagent of the input dispensing volume which has been dispensed by the designated dispensing mechanism. By measuring a weight of the reagent in the reaction vessel, or the like, it is possible to measure the dispensing accuracy of the designated dispensing mechanism.

During analysis of samples of unknown concentration, situations frequently occur in which the dynamic range is insufficient, necessitating reanalysis. Accordingly, a fluorescence spectrometer which splits a single object image into multiple images having different fluorescent intensity by means of image splitting elements, and simultaneously detects the plurality of images obtained thereby in different regions within the same detection plane, is proposed.

A chilled reagent container comprises a reagent vessel containing part for containing therein a plurality of reagent vessels, a container lid including a container lid hole through which the reagent vessels contained by the reagent vessel containing part are accessible, and a cooling block for cooling the reagent vessels contained by the reagent vessel containing part, wherein the container lid slides to be changeable between an opened situation wherein the reagent is accessible from an outside and a closed situation wherein the reagent is prevented from being accessed from the outside, wherein the chilled reagent container further comprises a reagent container packing including another hole through which the reagent vessels are accessible and arranged between the container lid and the reagent vessel containing part to be pressed against the container lid.
