There is provided an information controller () that calculates a work amount based on the positions of a construction target surface and a current surface in a set coordinate system set in the operational plane of a multi-joint type front work device (), and a construction distance (L) by which a construction target surface and a current surface of configurations equivalent to those of the construction target surface and the current surface continue on a construction object, and that calculates a predicted requisite time of the work amount of a work based on the work amount and processing speed. A construction completion prediction time calculated by the information controller () or a prediction time calculated from the construction completion prediction time is displayed by a display device ().

Construction machine

To provide an identification system for a work machine which is capable of preventing a setting error, the identification system for a work machine includes: a main control unit to control the entirety of a work machine; and a plurality of power control units to control components of the work machine. The main control unit acquires information about the entire vehicle body of the work machine. Each of the power control units acquires different information about a state of one of the components from that acquired by the other power control units, on the basis of a installation site of the power control unit installed on the work machine. In addition, the power control unit sets a function of the power control unit on the basis of the information about the state and the information about the entire vehicle body.

Identification system for work machine

A work machine that can prevent restarting of an engine against a will of an operator from an idle stop state is provided. A hydraulic excavator includes a display device that displays a confirmation screen image for allowing an operator to confirm whether or not an engine is to be restarted from an idle stop state, and an inputting device that allows the operator to input a restart instruction for the engine in an interlocked relationship with the display of the confirmation screen image. A machine controller includes a restart controlling section that restarts the engine based on the restart instruction for the engine inputted by the inputting device.

Work machine

At the time of starting up an engine () using an assist motor generator (), a main controller () lowers a lower limit value in a charge/discharge range of an electricity storage device () from a first lower limit value (min) to a second lower limit value (min) through an energy management control part (B). The main controller () heightens the lower limit value in the charge/discharge range of an electricity storage device () from the second lower limit value (min) to the first lower limit value (min) when the start of the engine () is completed. Further, the main controller () displays engine stop prohibition information on a display device () when the start of the engine () is completed and when an SOC of the electricity storage device () falls below the first lower limit value (min).

A maintenance device for a construction machine includes: an abnormality detection means for detecting abnormality of an apparatus installed on the construction machine; an abnormality information output means for outputting abnormality information about the apparatus detected by the abnormality detection means; and a maintenance mode setting means for setting a maintenance mode for performing a maintenance work of the apparatus, wherein the abnormality information output means for eliminating negation or output of the information, if any abnormality of the apparatus is detected in a state in which the maintenance mode is set by the maintenance mode setting means.

Maintenance device for construction machine

An electric driving wheel type work vehicle has a traveling motor, an inverter for supplying the motor with three-phase power converted from DC power, a pre-driver circuit for supplying a gate signal to the inverter on the basis of an input PWM signal, a controller for outputting to the pre-driver circuit the PWM signal for controlling the driving of the motor, a parking brake, and a parking brake condition detector that detects the condition of the parking brake. When it is detected that the parking brake has been operated, the pre-driver circuit cuts off the output of the gate signal or the input of the PWM signal to the pre-driver circuit.

Electric driving wheel type work vehicle

A vehicle control system which can ensure high reliability, real-time processing, and expandability with a simplified ECU configuration and a low cost by backing up an error through coordination in the entire system without increasing a degree of redundancy of individual controllers beyond the least necessary level. The vehicle control system comprises a sensor controller for taking in sensor signals indicating a status variable of a vehicle and an operation amount applied from a driver, a command controller for generating a control target value based on the sensor signals taken in by the sensor controller, and an actuator controller for receiving the control target value from the command controller and operating an actuator to control the vehicle, those three controller being interconnected via a network. The actuator controller includes a control target value generating unit for generating a control target value based on the sensor signals taken in by the sensor controller and received by the actuator controller via the network when the control target value generated by the command controller is abnormal, and controls the actuator in accordance with the control target value generated by the control target value generating unit.

Vehicle control system

A construction machine includes: a swing structure; an electric motor that drives the swing structure; an operating device that outputs an operating signal according to an operating amount and an operating direction; an inverter device that controls the electric motor based on a control signal generated based on the operating signal; a position sensor that detects an actual speed of the electric motor; and a second controller that determines whether at least one of a first condition and a second condition is satisfied. The first condition is satisfied when a sign of a value computed by subtracting the actual speed from a target speed of the electric motor that defined by the control signal; and the second condition is satisfied when a difference between the target speed and the actual speed is greater than a first reference value, and when the acceleration is greater than a second reference value.

The present invention provides a software analyzer supporting development of derived products by allowing efficient selection of software components to be simultaneously reutilized or changed based on the past record of developments and changes of software products. A software analyzer according to the present invention analyzes a plurality of software components included in existing software products and correlations between the plurality of software components. The software analyzer includes product line analysis means adapted to create product line configuration data numerically expressing a set of the plurality of software components included in the existing software products, from existing product configuration data including, for each of the existing software products, data on the plurality of software components and data on the correlations between the plurality of software components, inter-component distance analysis means adapted to calculate inter-software-component distances numerically quantifying the correlations between the software components based on the product line configuration data, component cluster analysis means adapted to group the software components based on the inter-software-component distances, and an output section outputting results obtained by the product line analysis means, the inter-component distance analysis means, and the component cluster analysis means.

Software analyzing apparatus for analyzing software components and correlations between software components

An automatic software configuring system includes a database storage section for storing therein a plurality of soft components. In the event that soft components are extracted from the database storage section and are combined together to thereby generate a file, a comment indicative of a storage location in the database storage section for storing a respective soft component extracted from the database storage section is added to the respective soft component. The automatic software configuring system further includes a device for identifying the respective soft component combined into the file and a storage location of the respective soft component by reading the comment; a device for identifying a comparison-target soft component stored in the database storage section; a device for identifying a soft component having a different content; and a device for replacing specified soft component in the database storage section with the soft component combined into the file.

Automatic software configuring system

In a vehicle control system in which a large number of ECUs operate in coordination via a network, each node has an intra-network node status determination section, other node's status decision transmitting/other nodes' status decision receiving section, and failed-node identification section. The nodes exchange decisions made by the intra-network node status evaluation section with other nodes and thereby identify failed node.

The electronic controller fetches an external signal and performs an input process such as A-D conversion. Upon receipt of processing results for executing operations according to a predetermined program, an output process is performed for sending a signal to the outside board on operation results, a timer outputs at least two of an input process start signal for starting the input process, an output process start signal for starting the output process, and an operation start signal for starting the operation.
