A demister for collecting a mist containing COabsorption liquid, the demister comprising a plurality of laminates each including a first layer in which a plurality of linear structures having the axial direction aligned with a first direction are arranged in parallel to a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and a second layer in which a plurality of linear structures having the axial direction aligned with a direction different from the first direction are arranged in parallel in a direction orthogonal to said axial direction, wherein the laminates are stacked in a direction orthogonal to both the first and second directions.

A joint member according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a resin member, and a metal member which includes a base material, and a cubic lattice part formed on a surface of the base material and embedded with the resin member. A method for molding a composite material includes arranging a prepreg on a jig molding surface of a jig for molding. The method includes sealing a first endless seal region that surrounds the prepreg is formed by bonding a resin bag and the jig molding surface by a first sealing material and a second endless seal region that surrounds the prepreg and is positioned outside the first seal region is formed by bonding a resin bag and the jig molding surface by a second sealing material. The method includes depressurizing a first space inside the first seal region and a second space between the first seal region and the second seal region are depressurized. The method includes thermally curing the prepreg by supplying a water vapor into the internal space of a pressure vessel, while holding the pressure vessel in a sealed state.

A fitting method is for fitting a material to be repaired and a repair patch to be adhesively bonded to the material at adhesive surfaces, each adhesive surface having at least two or more of curved portions. The fitting method includes measuring a shape of the material; measuring a shape of the repair patch; dividing repair patch shape measurement data acquired at measuring the shape of repair patch into pieces of divided data each including one or less of the curved portions; performing, at the adhesive surfaces, fitting processing of the pieces of divided data acquired at dividing the repair patch shape measurement data to material-to-be-repaired shape measurement data acquired at measuring the shape of material; and calculating a gap amount between the material-to-be-repaired shape measurement data and repair patch shape fitting data acquired from the fitting processing at the adhesive surfaces.

Provided is a preform member bonding method of bonding a preform member and another member with an adhesive in an RTM process. The preform member bonding method includes increasing viscosity of the adhesive by heat-treating only the adhesive in advance before inserting the adhesive between bonding surfaces of the preform member and the other member.

In a molding method using a VaRTM process in which a workpiece is impregnated with resin in a vacuum, the flow channel resistance or the thickness of which is not constant, an air-permeable sheet only permeable to gas and not permeable to resin (liquid) is arranged at the bottom surface of the workpiece to cover the total length of the workpiece in a direction in which the flow channel resistance or the thickness of the workpiece varies, to impregnate the resin.

Molding method using VaRTM process

Provided is a preform member bonding method, in a RTM process, for bonding a preform member and another member (a preform member or a hardened member) together with an adhesive. The preform member bonding method includes: beforehand obtaining data on a range of a level of progress in hardening of the adhesive which allows the adhesive to penetrate the preform member, and data on a range of the level of progress in the hardening of the adhesive which decreases bonding strength of the adhesive; and controlling the level of progress in the hardening of the adhesive by heat-treating the adhesive based on these data, before the preform member comes into contact with the adhesive.
