A video display mirror is provided with a half mirror, a monitor, and an interlocking mechanism. The half mirror is used so that a vehicle passenger can look toward the rear of the vehicle. The monitor is disposed near the half mirror toward the front of the vehicle. The interlocking mechanism moves in relation to a video image being displayed on the monitor and changes the angle of a reflection surface of the half mirror from the position of the half mirror when the rear of the vehicle is viewed.

Video display mirror and video display mirror system

A front structure for a vehicle has a grid member configured to allow outside air to be introduced from a forward direction of the vehicle into a compartment of the vehicle, and a part within the compartment disposed on a rear side of the grid member. The grid member has a first bridge and a second bridge intersecting with the first bridge. One of the first bridge and the second bridge has a bridge upper portion having a fragile portion on one of a front side thereof and a rear side thereof in a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, and a bridge lower portion having a fragile portion on one of a front side thereof and a rear side thereof in the fore-and-aft direction. The fragile portion of the bridge upper portion and the fragile portion of the bridge bottom portion are on opposite sides in the fore-and-aft direction.

Grid member and vehicle front structure with the grid member

A vehicle front body structure including a front end module attached to a body front end. The front end module includes a frame member and a headlamp unit supported on the frame member. The headlamp unit is provided with a mounting device which is configured to flexibly support the headlamp unit on the frame member, and to provide a tendency to move the headlamp unit to its attachment position, upon application of a force exceeding a predetermined threshold to the headlamp unit.

Vehicle front body structure

A front end module assembly structure for a vehicle, including: a first bracket plate provided on either a front end module or a side member, which is provided with a through hole and a slit extending upward therefrom; a second bracket plate provided on the other of the front end module and the side member to be mated to the first bracket plate, which has an insertion hole formed thereon at a position corresponding to the slit of the first bracket plate; and a locator piece attached to the second bracket plate. The locator piece has a portion configured to be inserted into the slit from a position inside the through hole and held in the slit, and a bottom face configured to be set on a periphery of the insertion hole when the locator piece is inserted into the insertion hole.
