This motor device is provided with, e.g.: a motor having a motor case and a shaft supported by the motor case so as to be capable of rotating about a rotation center; a housing in which the motor is housed; and an elastic member interposed between the motor case and the housing. A first concave part in communication with both sides of the elastic member in the axial direction is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the elastic member and a cylindrical surface of the housing.

Motor device

The electric brake motor unit has: a motor; a connector having a connector terminal; a first section extending in a first direction and having a first contact portion electrically connected to the connector terminal; a second section extending in the first direction and having a second contact portion electrically connected to a motor terminal; and an intermediate section extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction between the first section and the second section. The electric brake motor unit is provided with: a bus bar in which the first section, the intermediate section, and the second section are connected in a crank shape; and a motor bracket mounted on the motor and having two positioning portions that are mutually separately positioned with a space through which the intermediate section passes and are used for positioning the intermediate section in the first direction.

Electric brake motor unit

Provided are a compact, highly reliable electric parking brake driving device and an electric parking brake device. This electric parking brake driving device transmits a driving force generated by an electric motor to a parking brake actuator via a speed reduction mechanism, and makes the wheels generate a braking force. A gear body of the electric parking brake driving device is formed by joining a lower body and an upper body. A bracket member is fixed to the lower body, and the electric motor is positioned in the radial direction by engaging with the bracket member. A rubber disk is placed between the lower end surface of the electric motor and the bottom surface of the lower body, and the rubber disk impels the electric motor toward the bracket member in the direction of the rotation axis.

Electric parking brake driving device and electric parking brake device

A disc brake device includes flat springs assembled in a support body and holding the brake pad back plates. The flat springs have a C-shaped part provided with: a connection surface part comprising a pad-receiving surface part; an outer circumferential surface part extending along the rotor circumferential direction from the end region of the connection surface part in the rotor radially outward direction; and an inner circumferential surface part extending along the rotor circumferential direction from the end region of the connection surface part in the rotor radially inward direction. Each flat spring also has a tongue-shaped part that: extends towards the connection surface part from the tip region of the inner circumferential surface part in the rotor circumferential direction; elastically engages an inner circumferential wall of a recess at a tip region of the tongue-shaped part; and biases the pad-receiving surface part towards a base wall of the recess.

Disc brake device

A parking brake actuator generates and applies a braking force to a vehicle wheel in such a manner that the parking brake actuator converts a rotational motion of a screw member, which is rotated by an electric parking brake driving device, into a translatory motion and transmitting the converted translatory motion to a piston to push a brake pad toward a disc by the piston. The electric parking brake driving device includes an electric motor and a reduction gear mechanism which transmits driving force of the electric motor to the parking brake actuator. The reduction gear mechanism includes a gear body and a planetary gear mechanism, which is provided within the gear body and into which the driving force of the electric motor is inputted. A cushion rubber, which is compressible in the circumferential direction, is interposed between a ring gear of the planetary gear mechanism and the gear body.

A pad pressing spring which is mounted on a pad of a disc brake by causing a pinching portion to pinch a pad back plate is configured as follows. An elastic arm which presses the pad in a disc rotor normal-rotating direction continuously extends from a base end side of the pinching portion, and the elastic arm has a configuration in which, when a load exceeding a predetermined value is applied in a direction opposite to a direction in which a pad is pressed, a tip end side of the elastic arm comes into contact with a lateral surface of the pad back plate or the pinching portion, and thus a spring constant of the pad pressing spring increases compared to a spring constant in a state where a load exceeding the predetermined value is not applied.

A parking brake actuator generates and applies a braking force to a vehicle wheel by converting a rotation movement of a screw member which is rotated by an electric parking brake driving device into a translatory movement and transmitting the converted translatory movement to a piston to push a brake pad to a disc by the piston. The electric parking brake driving device includes an electric motor and a reduction gear mechanism which transmits the driving force of the electric motor to the electric parking brake driving device. The reduction gear mechanism includes a pinion gear fixed to an output shaft of the electric motor, a first gear shaft rotatably supported on a first bearing member provided on a gear body and a first wheel gear formed on the first gear shaft and engaging the first wheel gear to thereby reduce the speed of driving force of the electric motor.

The present invention can include a disk brake having a pad with an engaging groove formed in the pad, the pad also includes a convex member projected from one portion of the pad, a shim is positioned between the pad and a pressing member for pressing the pad toward a disk rotor, the shim including an engaging member formed on a side of the shim, a hook that extends from the shin is engagable with the engaging groove, and the convex portion is able to contact the engaging member to restrain movement of the pad.

Pad sets for disk brakes

A disk brake has a mount and a pad. The pad has a guide portion and outer and inner push bearing portions on a disk rotor rotation outlet side. The mount has a support portion to support the guide portion movably in a rotor axial direction. The outer and inner push bearing portions are provided on each position outwardly or inwardly of the rotor rotation outlet side guide portion in the radial direction of the rotor, and project toward the mount in the radial direction of the rotor to abut against the mount. The outer push bearing portion has an abutment surface to abut against the mount on a tangent to an outer peripheral side in a central position of the outer peripheral side of a friction surface of the pad radially outwardly in the radial direction of the rotor, or in a position outwardly of the tangent.

Disk brake device

A disk brake pad controls rotation of a disk rotor by pushing a friction surface against the disk rotor while it is rotating. The disk brake pad is formed with respective chamfered portions at respective end portions of the disk brake pad at the incoming and outgoing disk-rotor-rotation sides thereof. An edge of an end portion of the friction surface of the disk brake pad at the incoming disk-rotor-rotation side, and an edge of an end portion at the outgoing disk-rotor-rotation side are formed in a stepped bending shape such that a length of the friction surface in a circumferential direction of the disk rotor becomes shorter in a center of rotation direction of the disk rotor.
