An actuator comprises a support body including a coil having a winding part and a lead part, a coil holder and a board supported by the coil holder, a movable body having a magnet, and a magnetic drive mechanism structured to relatively move the support body and the movable body. The coil holder has a coil holding part holding the winding part and a board support part supporting the board. A board surface of the board is provided with a land with which the lead part is connected. The board support part has a recessed part at a position overlapping with the board when viewed in a direction along the board surface, and the lead part is extended from the winding part to the land via the recessed part and is provided with a resiliently bent portion which is resiliently bent in an inside of the recessed part.

Actuator and manufacturing method of actuator to reduce coil wire disconnection

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical unit with camera-shake correction function capable of minimizing the load applied to a movable element from a flexible wiring substrate even when the movable element is oscillated, in order to correct camera shake. In an optical unit provided with a camera-shake correction function, a movable element can be oscillated about an oscillation support point by actuating a drive mechanism for camera-shake correction, and camera shake can therefore be corrected. In a flexible wiring substrate drawn out from the movable element, a folded part folded along the rear end portion of the movable element in the optical axis direction is formed in a drawn-out portion from the movable element, and in the optical axis direction, the oscillation support point is positioned between the surface of the folded part that faces the end part on the other side &#x2212;Y in the Y-axis direction of the rear end portion of the movable element in the optical axis direction, and the surface that faces toward the rear in the optical axis direction at a fixed part of the flexible wiring substrate with respect to a fixed body.

Optical unit with shake correcting function

An optical unit with a shake correcting function may include a movable body configured to hold an optical element; a fixed body which covers at least a side face part of the movable body; a spring member which is connected with the movable body and the fixed body; a shake correction drive mechanism configured to generate a drive force for swinging the movable body with respect to the fixed body; and a stopper mechanism which is provided between the spring member and a swing center of the movable body in an optical axis direction, and configured to determine a movable range of the movable body in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical unit with a shake correction function such that even when a photo reflector is provided by using a gap between a side surface of a movable body and a side surface of a fixed body, an appropriate relationship between an output from the photo reflector and the rock angle of the movable body can be obtained. In an optical unit () with a shake correction function, a movable body () is rocked about a rock fulcrum () by a driving mechanism () for shake correction, and thereby shaking is corrected. At that point, the movement of the movable body () is monitored by providing a first photo reflector () and a second photo reflector () on side surfaces of a fixed body (). Here, a smooth layer () such as a resin tape, a metal sheet, a coating layer, plate glass or a reflective board is laminated onto side surfaces of the movable body () at a region facing the first photo reflector () and a region facing the second photo reflector ().

An imaging optical device may include a movable module having a lens drive device on which a lens and an imaging element are mounted; a support body for supporting the movable module; a rocking drive mechanism for rocking the movable module; and a plate spring for rockably supporting the movable module. The plate spring is provided with a holding section for holding the movable module, a fixed section fixed to the support body, and a spring section for connecting the holding section and the fixed section to each other. The spring section can deform in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis and in the direction of the optical axis.

Photographic optical device

A photographic optical device may include a movable module having a camera module on which a lens and an imaging element are mounted, a support body, and a shake correction mechanism. The movable module may be provided with a sensor for detecting an inclination of the camera module and a cover member which structures an outer peripheral face of the movable module. The shake correction mechanism may be provided with a swing drive mechanism for swinging the movable module so that the optical axis is inclined. The swing drive mechanism may be provided with a drive magnet and a drive coil.

An optical unit with shake correcting function may include a movable module on which an optical element is mounted, a fixed body which supports the movable module, a shake detection sensor which detects a shake of the movable module, a shake correction magnetic drive mechanism which swings the movable module on the fixed body on a basis of a detection result of the shake detection sensor to correct the shake of the movable module, and a spring member which is connected with the fixed body and the movable module. A stopper mechanism may be structured between the movable module and the fixed body, and the stopper mechanism may moving ranges of the movable module due to the shake.

An optical unit with shake correcting function may include a movable module having a lens, a fixed body supporting the movable module, a shake detection sensor for detecting shake of the movable module, and at least one pair of magnetic drive mechanism for shake correction which is structured on both sides of the movable module so that the movable module is swung with respect to the fixed body on the basis of detection result of the shake detection sensor to correct the shake of the movable module. The magnetic drive mechanism for shake correction is disposed so that a shake correction magnet is held by the fixed body and a shake correction coil is held by the movable module. Further, a shake correction coil may be disposed in a first region, where magnetic lines of force generated by a shake correction magnet are directed in directions generally going away from a supporting point part and/or a second region where magnetic lines of force generated by the shake correction magnet are directed in directions generally going toward the supporting point part.

Provided is a photographing optical device, which is able to reliably correct an unintentional movement by hand of a user by improving the constitution of a camera unit driving mechanism for correcting the deflection of a camera unit. In order that a camera unit is made to be rocked to correct the unintentional movement, a photographing optical device includes a first camera unit drive mechanism and a second camera unit drive mechanism, which are so disposed at two side portions sandwiching a pivot portion therebetween as to make a pair. In these camera unit drive mechanisms, camera unit driving magnets are held on the side of the camera unit as a movable body side, and camera unit driving coils are held on the side of a stationary body. The camera unit is pushed toward the pivot portion by a gimbal spring.

An optical imaging device, wherein an imaging unit is displaced to correct the vibrations, and the imaging unit is supported on a stationary object by a total of four suspension wires. A lens driving device for use with a lens to photograph or image an object to be photographed or imaged may include a moving member holding the lens and made movable in the direction of an optical axis, and a supporting member for supporting the moving member through a spring member, wherein the lens is displaced and driven in the optical axis direction thereby to focus the image of the object. The supporting member may include a yoke having a cover portion having an entrance window for introducing the reflected light from the object into the lens, and a case portion for covering the outer circumference of the moving member. The cover portion and the case portion are formed integrally with each other.

A lens drive device may include a movable body movable in an optical axis direction, a support body supporting the movable body through a spring member which may include spring pieces electrically separated from each other, formed with a coil connecting part to which one of a winding start part and a winding end part of the coil is electrically connected. The movable body is provided with an accommodating part for accommodating the coil connecting part. The spring member may include a plate spring-shaped arm part connecting a support body side fixing part with a movable body side fixing part and the arm part is provided with a laser cut portion formed by a laser in a part of an edge part of the arm part. An edge part of the arm part except the laser cut portion may be a cut portion formed by press working or etching processing.
