A liquid sealed damper includes: an attachment portion attached to a peripheral portion of an opening of a vehicle or an opening and closing member for covering the opening; a contact portion to which an external force is input; an insulator configured to isolate vibration and connect the attachment portion and the contact portion; a main liquid chamber in which working liquid is sealed; an auxiliary liquid chamber having a wall portion formed of a diaphragm; and an orifice passage formed in the partition member and communicating with the main liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber. The partition member has a substantially circular surface forming a wall portion of the main liquid chamber. An opening portion at one end of the orifice passage is formed in the circular surface. The opening portion is formed to extend from an outer edge portion to a central portion of the circular surface.

Liquid sealed damper for opening and closing member

A liquid sealed damper includes: an attachment portion attached to a peripheral portion of an opening of a vehicle or an opening and closing member for covering the opening; a contact portion to which an external force is input; an insulator configured to isolate vibration and connect the attachment portion and the contact portion; a main liquid chamber in which working liquid is sealed, the insulator serving as a wall portion of the main liquid chamber; an auxiliary liquid chamber divided from the main liquid chamber by a partition member and having a wall portion formed of a diaphragm; and an orifice passage formed in the partition member and communicating with the main liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber. The partition member has an inner gap in the shape of a recess, and a part of the diaphragm is inserted into the inner gap.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vibration-damping device which enhances the durability of a rubber elastic body; and inhibits the occurrence of voids in an outer cylinder. The vibration-damping device includes: an inner cylinder; a resin-made outer cylinder arranged outside the inner cylinder in a radial direction of the outer cylinder; and a rubber elastic body connecting the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder.

Vibration-damping device

An object of the present invention is to provide a vibration-damping device which inhibits a flange part and an outer cylinder from breaking. The vibration-damping device includes: an inner cylinder; a resin-made outer cylinder arranged outside the inner cylinder in a radial direction; and a rubber elastic body connecting the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder.

Provided is an anti-vibration device which is provided between a vibration-side bracket attached to a vibration member and a non-vibration-side bracket attached to a non-vibration member, the anti-vibration device including: a first attachment member attached to the vibration-side bracket; a second attachment member attached to the non-vibration-side bracket; and an insulator provided between the first attachment member and the second attachment member, wherein the first attachment member includes a stopper portion which faces an engagement portion formed on the non-vibration-side bracket, and the insulator includes a cover portion which covers at least a surface of the stopper portion facing the engagement portion.

Anti-vibration device and damper device

A cylindrical vibration isolating device that prevents damage to a vibration isolating rubber and cracks in a welded portion of a sub-frame. The sub-frame mount comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder connected by the vibration isolating rubber. Small and large diameter portions are provided on a lateral wall of a barrel portion of the outer cylinder. Between the small and large diameter portions is formed a step-like boundary portion. The height in the axial direction of the boundary portion changes in the circumferential direction and has a substantially mountain-like shape with a top projecting in the press fitting direction. A contact area of the large diameter portion contacting a mounting hole of the sub-frame is increased in accordance with an amount of the press fitting. Therefore, when the sub-frame mount is press-fitted into the mounting hole of the sub-frame, the press fitting load is gradually increased.
