Provided is a motor control apparatus that suppresses a steep rush current to a charging circuit and that can quickly start driving of a motor without depending on a current-limiting resistor. The motor control apparatus according to the present disclosure includes an inverter for driving a motor, a charging circuit for supplying electric power to the inverter, a relay circuit for connecting a charging circuit and a power supply terminal, a control unit for controlling the inverter and the relay circuit, and a pre-charging circuit that is provided in parallel with the relay circuit, that starts charging from the power supply terminal to the charging circuit after a power switch for connecting an external power source with the power supply terminal is turned on, and that completes charging of the charging circuit before the control unit starts operation thereof.

Motor control apparatus

In an internal combustion engine use ignition device includes an ignition coil which has a primary coil and a secondary coil, that are wound around a core, a superimpose circuit which generates an output energy, that is to be superimposed with respect to a secondary current, produced in the secondary coil by the primary coil, a first switch element which is connected to the primary coil and turns on or off of a current to the primary coil, a second switch element which is connected to the superimpose circuit, and stops an operation in a case where the first switch element is turned on, and performs an operation in a case where the first switch element is turned off, and a common input terminal which receives a first driving signal for driving the first switch element and a second driving signal for driving the second switch element.

Internal combustion engine use ignition device

There is provided an ignition apparatus that makes it possible that after a spark discharge starts, a secondary current is reduced so that a plug is suppressed from being consumed. The ignition apparatus is provided with an ignition coil including a primary coil, a secondary coil, and a tertiary coil, a first switching circuit for performing on/off-switching of energization of the primary coil from a power source, a second switching circuit for performing on/off-switching of energization of the tertiary coil, and a controller that performs on/off-control of the first switching circuit so as to generate a secondary current in the secondary coil, thereby causing a spark discharge in an ignition plug, and then turns on the second switching circuit so as to reduce the secondary current through a change in flux in the tertiary coil.

Ignition apparatus

To provide an ignition apparatus which can turn on and off the sub primary coil according to extension degree of the discharge path of the spark discharge. An ignition apparatus is provided with an ignition coil that is provided with a main primary coil, a sub primary coil which generates energization magnetic flux of a direction opposite to the energization magnetic flux of the main primary coil, and a secondary coil which is magnetically coupled with the main primary coil and the sub primary coil and supplies spark discharge energy to a spark plug; and after turning off energization to the main primary coil, based on a detection value of terminal voltage of the main primary coil, turns on and off the sub switch circuit to turn on and off energization to the sub primary coil and additionally supply spark discharge energy to the secondary coil.

A current flowing in a sub-primary coil can be limited in an ignition apparatus in which a voltage, generated in a secondary coil at a timing when a current in a main primary coil is cut off, generates a secondary current, and then the sub-primary coil is energized so that a superimposition current is generated in the secondary coil and in which a sub-IC connected in series with the sub-primary coil is pulse-controlled so that a current flowing in the sub-primary coil is controlled and hence the superimposition current is controlled.

A resonant inverter includes: an input capacitor; an inverter; a snubber circuit; a transformer having a primary winding connected to an AC end of the inverter; a resonant coil, a resonant capacitor, and a current sensor on the secondary winding side of the transformer; and a control unit, wherein, on the basis of current detected by the current sensor, the control unit controls switching elements so as to perform zero voltage switching at the time of turning-on, at a frequency at which a load including the resonant coil and the resonant capacitor becomes capacitive, and performs power regeneration of energy stored in a snubber capacitor to a DC voltage source.

Resonant inverter

In an ignition device, at a timing of a control signal provided by a control device to control an ignition coil device or at a timing prior to the control signal in order that a high voltage is applied to an ignition plug to initiate a spark discharge, a control circuit of an AC power source unit in response to the control signal controls switching elements composing a bridge circuit in the AC power source unit for a DC-AC inversion to thereby short-circuit a winding of a transformer device on the side of the AC power source unit, connected between a boosting device including a capacitor device and the bridge circuit for the circulation of a capacitance discharging current from the boosting device to the transformer device.

Ignition device

A high-frequency discharge ignition apparatus is obtained that can stably make a high-frequency current flow into a spark discharge path and efficiently forms large discharge plasma. The high-frequency discharge ignition apparatus is configured with an ignition plug, a spark discharge path generation device that generates a high voltage and supplies the generated high voltage to the ignition plug so as to form a spark discharge path in the gap of the ignition plug, a voltage boosting device that boosts the voltage of an AC current, and a high-frequency current supply apparatus that supplies an AC current to the spark discharge path formed in the gap by way of the voltage boosting device.

High-frequency discharge ignition apparatus

Step-down DC-to-DC converter

A plasma power supply circuit includes a DC/DC converter connected to a DC power supply and outputting a DC voltage, a voltage limit circuit limiting an output voltage from the DC/DC converter to a predetermined value, a PJ capacitor connected to an output end of the DC/DC converter and charged with electric energy used to generate a plasma in a discharge space of the spark plug, and a high-voltage switch connected between the PJ capacitor and the DC/DC converter and controlled to switch ON and OFF so that a charge period of the PJ capacitor is controlled according to running conditions of the internal combustion engine. Hence, the plasma ignition device can prevent damage on an electronic component incorporated therein even at the occurrence of a short and lessen damage on the internal combustion engine caused by an erroneous plasma jet ejection, wearing of the spark plug, and power consumption.
