An embodiment of the present technology is an isocyanate-based adhesive used for a surface-treated crystalline thermoplastic resin base material, the isocyanate-based adhesive having a value represented by (JIS-A hardness)/(strength at break [MPa])×(elongation at break (%))/100 of 2.0 to 70 after being cured by being allowed to stand still under a condition at 23° C. and 50% RH for 3 days, and the crystalline thermoplastic resin base material having a value represented by (δ/δ+δ) of 2.0 to 30.0. δ=γ−γand δ=|γ−γ|, γis a polar term of surface free energy before the surface treatment, γis a polar term of surface free energy after the surface treatment, γis a dispersion term of the surface free energy before the surface treatment, and γis a dispersion term of the surface free energy after the surface treatment.

Isocyanate-based adhesive

A two-pack urethane-based adhesive that includes a second-pack liquid in which liquid components are inhibited from bleeding out and which can be inhibited from decreasing in thixotropic properties, and that gives cured products having, after aging, excellent adhesiveness. The two-pack urethane-based adhesive including a first-pack liquid, which includes a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, and a second-pack liquid, which includes water, an active hydrogen compound (which is not water) having an active hydrogen capable of reacting with the isocyanate group, and cellulose nanofibers, wherein the first-pack liquid and the second-pack liquid each independently contain carbon black and/or an inorganic-based filler, the content of the cellulose nanofibers being 0.1-1.5 mass % with respect to the content of the water.

Two-pack urethane-based adhesive

There is provided a two-part urethane adhesive composition including: a main agent containing a polyisocyanate component (A); and a curing agent containing water and an active hydrogen-containing compound (B). The (B) contains a compound represented by Formula (4); the (A) contains a urethane prepolymer (A-3); an average active hydrogen concentration of the (B) is 0.50 to 3.50 mol/kg; an average active hydrogen concentration of the (B) and the water is 2.00 to 8.00 mol/kg. The main agent and the curing agent are mixed in such amounts as to satisfy conditions that: a ratio of the number of isocyanate groups of the (A) to the number of active hydrogens of the (B) is 1 to 5; and a ratio of the number of isocyanate groups of the (A) to the total number of active hydrogens of the (B) and the water is 0.5 to 2.5.

Two-part urethane adhesive composition

A two-part urethane adhesive composition that provides excellent initial adhesiveness and excellent long-term adhesiveness. An embodiment of the present invention is a two-part urethane adhesive composition including a main agent containing a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, and a curing agent containing a compound (A) having two or more active hydrogen-containing groups per molecule, the compound (A) including a polyol compound (a1), the polyol compound (a1) having three active hydrogen-containing groups per molecule, having ethylene oxide at a terminal, having a number average molecular weight of greater than 1000 and 20000 or less, having a degree of unsaturation of 0.01 meq/g or less, and having molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.05 or less, and a molar ratio of a total amount of active hydrogen in the compound (A) with respect to an amount of the isocyanate group being 0.2 or greater and less than 0.8.

An object of the present invention is to provide a urethane adhesive composition having excellent initial adhesiveness and excellent adhesion durability. The present invention is a urethane adhesive composition containing a urethane prepolymer (A) having an isocyanate group, an isocyanate compound (B) having an isocyanurate structure and an isocyanate group, and an adduct of a compound represented by Formula (X) below (in Formula (X), Rand Reach independently represent a hydrocarbon group) and a phenol compound. 

Urethane adhesive composition

The present invention is to provide a urethane adhesive composition which exhibits excellent heat-resistant adhesion after storage to resin. The present invention relates to a urethane adhesive composition including: a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group; an isocyanurate compound having an isocyanurate ring; a terpene compound having active hydrogen; and a vinyl silane coupling agent represented by Formula (A) below: (where in Formula (A), Rand Reach independently represent a monovalent hydrocarbon group, Rrepresents a (n+1) valent hydrocarbon group, Vi represents &#x2014;CH&#x2550;CH, m1 is from 1 to 3, m2 is from 1 to 3, m3 is from 0 to 2, m1+m2+m3 is 4, and n is 1 or greater). 

A method for producing a multilayer member having a first member containing a crystallizable thermoplastic resin, an adhesion layer, and a second member includes performing a dry treatment on a surface of the first member containing a crystallizable thermoplastic resin so as to satisfy conditions A and B, applying an adhesive to the surface of the first member to form an adhesive layer on the surface, and adhering the second member to the adhesive layer. (A) The ultimate temperature of the first member is lower than the peak temperature of endothermic peak obtained by DSC of the crystallizable thermoplastic resin. (B) The high temperature holding time of the first member is less than 3.0 seconds, which is when the first member is continuously held at a temperature not lower than a temperature at the starting point of the endothermic peak obtained by DSC of the crystallizable thermoplastic resin.

Method for producing multilayer member

The present invention is to provide a method for producing a laminate having excellent adhesion properties. An embodiment of the present invention is a method for producing a laminate, the method including: a step 1 of dry-treating a surface A of a plastic to obtain a dry-treated plastic having a surface B that has been dry-treated; a step 2 of wiping the surface B with a cleaning tool containing a composition for wiping, the composition containing at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of water and polar solvents, and a silane coupling agent, to obtain a cleaned plastic having a surface C that has been wiped with the cleaning tool; and a step 3 of applying at least one selected from the group consisting of adhesives and primers on the surface C to obtain a laminated body.

Method for producing laminate

An object of the present invention is to provide a urethane adhesive composition excellent in adhesion durability for an olefin resin. The present invention is a urethane adhesive composition containing a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, an isocyanurate compound of pentamethylene diisocyanate and/or hexamethylene diisocyanate, and a secondary aminosilane compound.

The present technology provides a two-part curable urethane adhesive composition including: a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a); and a curing agent (B) containing a compound having two or more active hydrogen groups per molecule (b); wherein the compound having active hydrogen groups (b) includes a tri- or higher functional polyol compound with a molecular weight of 1000 or less (b1); and one or both of the main agent (A) and the curing agent (B) further contain a terpene oligomer (x).

Two-part curable urethane adhesive composition

A method for manufacturing a multilayer member that provides excellent adhesiveness without using a primer. An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a multilayer member including a first member containing a crystalline thermoplastic resin, an adhesion layer, and a second member in this order, the method including a surface treatment step of performing dry treatment on a surface of the first member containing a crystalline thermoplastic resin, satisfying the following condition A, an adhesive application step of forming an adhesive layer in a surface subjected to the dry treatment of the first member by applying an adhesive to the surface subjected to the dry treatment of the first member without interposing a primer composition, and an adhering step of making the second member adhere onto the adhesive layer.

Method for manufacturing multilayer member

The present technology provides a urethane adhesive composition including a urethane prepolymer including an isocyanate group; an isocyanurate compound including an isocyanurate ring; and a terpene compound including an active hydrogen.

Provided is a cleaning agent composition for use in an adhesion process for applying an adhesive to a surface of a first member subjected to a dry treatment without a primer, and adhering a second member to the surface of the first member. The cleaning agent comprises a compound (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group and a liquid (B) having a boiling point of not higher than 200&#xb0; C.

Cleaning agent composition

A two-part curable urethane adhesive composition of the present technology comprises: a main agent containing a urethane prepolymer (A), an isocyanate group-containing polyisocyanate (B), and isocyanate silane (C); and a curing agent containing a compound having at least two active hydrogen groups per molecule (D) and an aromatic compound (E) represented by Formula (1) below, where n is an integer of 1 to 5, and X represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, or an alkoxy group having from 1 to 12 carbons. 

The present technology provides a curable resin composition that contains a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, a coated amine formed by using a filler to coat solid amine having a melting point of 50&#xb0; C. or higher, an isocyanate group-containing compound having an isocyanate group bonded to an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and having a hydrolyzable silyl group or (meth)acryloyl group, and a tertiary amine compound.
