A vehicle control apparatus executes a lane change control of providing a driver of an own vehicle with a proposal of changing lanes and automatically changes lanes when the driver approves of the proposal. When the driver performs an acceleration operation when the vehicle control apparatus provides the driver with a proposal of changing lanes to move the own vehicle to a next lane for overtaking a preceding vehicle, the vehicle control apparatus determines that the driver approves of the proposal. When the driver performs a deceleration operation when the vehicle control apparatus provides the driver with a proposal of changing lanes to return the own vehicle to an original lane after the own vehicle moves to the next lane and overtakes the preceding vehicle, the vehicle control apparatus determines that the driver approves of the proposal.

Vehicle control apparatus

A vehicle automated driving systemcomprises a surrounding environment information acquiring device, a vehicle information acquiring device, a driver information acquiring device, a package selecting part, a package proposing part, an automated driving executing part, and a rejection count detecting part. The package selecting part determines the driving assistance package based on at least one of the surrounding environment information, the vehicle information, and the driver information, selects the determined driving assistance package if the rejection count of the determined driving assistance package is less than a predetermined threshold value, and selects a driving assistance package different from the determined driving assistance package if the rejection count of the determined driving assistance package is the threshold value or more.

Vehicle automated driving system

A control system for a vehicle comprises an automated driving control part configured to automatically perform driver assistance operations for which the driver has given permission among a plurality of driver assistance operations. The automated driving control part comprises a package determining part using at least one of the surrounding environment information, the host vehicle information, and the driver information as the basis to determine a driver assistance package packaging permissions for a plurality of driver assistance operations and a package proposing part proposing to the driver to switch to a driver assistance package so as to obtain permissions for the individual driver assistance operations permitted in the driver assistance package.

Control system for vehicle

An automatic driving control device performs an automatic driving control for causing a vehicle to travel along a reference travel trajectory set in a lane in advance. The automatic driving control device reflects the steering by the driver during the automatic driving control in the travelling of the vehicle in a case where the steering by the driver is detected during the automatic driving control by the steering detection unit and when a position of the vehicle in the lane width direction is included in an allowance range, and alerts the driver to the travelling of the vehicle in a case where the steering by the driver is detected and in a case where it is determined that the position of the vehicle in the lane width direction is included in the second range.

Information presentation system

An automated driving systemof a vehicle comprising: a surrounding environment information acquiring device; a vehicle information acquiring device; a driver information acquiring device; an automated driving executing part; a package determining part, a package proposing part; and an emergency condition judging part. The automated driving executing part performs automated driving of the vehicle based on an emergency driving assistance package packaging permissions of the plurality of driving assistance operations when the driver is in an emergency condition, if the emergency condition judging part judges that the driver is in an emergency condition, and performs automated driving of the vehicle based on the driving assistance package proposed by the packaging proposing part and approved by the driver, if the emergency condition judging part judges that the driver is not in an emergency condition.

An automated driving control part including a package determining part determining a driver assistance package packaging permissions for a plurality of driver assistance operations based on at least one of surrounding environment information, host vehicle information, and driver information, a package proposing part proposing to the driver to switch to a driver assistance package so as to obtain permissions for driver assistance operations permitted in the driver assistance package, a judging part judging if a driver has authorized switching to the driver assistance package proposed by the package proposing part, and a package content providing part providing information relating to the content of the driver assistance package authorized by the driver through the information providing device to the driver.

A device performs speed control, determines the start and the end of an intervention operation, interrupts the speed control when an intervention operation is started, selects a correction candidate from a target speed and a target inter-vehicle distance based on the presence of a preceding vehicle and on the speed difference between the vehicle and the preceding vehicle, determines whether there is a change in the vehicle speed or in the inter-vehicle distance in a determination period, determines whether there is a difference between the target speed and the vehicle speed when the intervention is ended or between the target inter-vehicle distance and the inter-vehicle distance when the intervention is ended, and corrects the target speed or the target inter-vehicle distance under a predetermined condition. After the intervention operation is ended, the device restarts the speed control using the corrected target speed or the corrected target inter-vehicle distance.

Vehicle traveling control device

A control device of a vehicle comprises: a driving plan generating partconfigured to generate a driving plan in automated driving of the host vehicle; a package extracting partconfigured to extract driving assistance packages packaging permissions for a plurality of driving assistance operations based on at least one of the surrounding environment information, the vehicle information, and the driver information; a package proposing partconfigured to propose driving assistance packages to the driver of the host vehicle based on the driving assistance packages extracted by the package extracting part and the driving plan; and an automated driving executing partconfigured to perform driving assistance operations permitted in a driving assistance package proposed by the package proposing part and approved by the driver of the host vehicle.
