A wire harness including: a wire having a core wire and an insulating coating that coats an outer periphery of the core wire; and an electromagnetic shield that surrounds an outer periphery of the wire, wherein: the electromagnetic shield has a plurality of split tubes that each have an opening in a horizontal cross-sectional shape thereof, the plurality of split tubes of the electromagnetic shield are combined such that the openings of the plurality of split tubes are fitted to each other, thereby forming a tubular body, a horizontal cross-sectional shape of the tubular body formed by combining the plurality of split tubes is a shape that corresponds to an outer peripheral surface of the core wire, and the plurality of split tubes of the electromagnetic shield are each in direct surface contact with the wire, or indirect surface contact with the wire via another layer.

Wire harness

A wire harness including: a plurality of wires each including a core wire whose transverse cross-sectional shape is a flat shape, and an insulating sheath covering an outer circumference of the core wire; a plurality of outer covers into which the plurality of wires are inserted respectively, wherein the outer covers are independent of each other and each have a flat tubular shape; and a clamp that is attached to an outer circumferential surface of the outer covers and that fix the outer covers to a vehicle body.

A wire harness having a bent router configured to be routed in a bent manner in a vehicle, the wire harness including: a wire; an exterior tube enclosing an outer peripheral surface of the wire; and a heat transfer tube having a rectangular tubular shape, provided between the wire and the exterior tube, and contacting an entire periphery of both the outer peripheral surface of the wire and an inner peripheral surface of the exterior tube, wherein the wire has an exposed part not covered by the heat transfer tube.

Wire harness for dissipating heat generated by wires

A wire harnesshas a sheathing materialthat is flexible and covers wires, a path-regulating memberfor regulating a path along which the wiresare arranged from outside of the sheathing material, the path-regulating memberhaving an axial direction parallel to the path along which the wiresare arranged, and an intermediate clamp. The intermediate clamphas a support portionfor supporting the path-regulating member, and an attachment portionwith a ring-shaped structure for attaching the sheathing material. The attachment portionhas an insertion portionthat enables the sheathing materialto be inserted therefrom in a radial direction of the ring-shaped structure. The attachment portioncan be changed between an open orientation that enables the sheathing material to be inserted from the insertion portion, and a closed orientation that makes the ring-shaped structure into a continuous ring shape. The closed orientation is formed by locking structures, which include a first locking structureand a second locking structurethat are arranged separately from each other in the axial direction of the ring-shaped structure.

Clamp and wire harness

A protective member for a wire harness, the wire harness including a wire, an exterior material that has flexibility and covers the wire, a route regulator that has an axis extending along a wiring route of the wire and regulates the wiring route of the wire from outside the exterior material, a fixing member for fixing the route regulator to a vehicle, and at least one connector that connects the route regulator to the exterior material, the protective member being configured to protect the exterior material of the wire harness, the protective member including: a cover for covering the exterior material; an attachment that is to be attached to the exterior material or the route regulator; and a protective member connector that connects the cover and the attachment to each other.

An electromagnetic shield component that includes a tube that is electrically conductive and into which an electrical wire is to be inserted, wherein the tube includes a first half tube that has a shape of a half tube, a second half tube that has a shape of a half tube, and welds where both ends of the first half tube in a circumferential direction and both ends of the second half tube in the circumferential direction are welded to each other, an inner circumferential surface of the first half tube is provided with extensions that extend inward from the inner circumferential surface of the first half tube, in a radial direction of the tube, toward the second half tube, and portions of the extensions that face the welds in the radial direction are provided such that gaps are formed between the portions and the welds.

Electromagnetic shield component and wire harness

An electromagnetic shield component that includes a tube that is electrically conductive and has an internal space through which an electrical wire is to be inserted, wherein the tube includes: a first half-split tube that has a half-split tubular shape and has two first ends in a circumferential direction; a second half-split tube that has a half-split tubular shape and has two second ends in the circumferential direction that are provided so as to face the two first ends of the first half-split tube in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of connectors that contain a crystal refining agent, and are provided between, and are welded to, the two first ends of the first half-split tube in the circumferential direction and the two second ends of the second half-split tube in the circumferential direction.

In the case of connecting a flexible conductive member to a single-core wire, the single-core wire and the flexible conductive member are connected more easily, without crushing the single-core wire. An electrical wire module includes: a first conductive portion that is a single-core wire; a second conductive portion that is tube-shaped and more flexible than the first conductive portion, one end portion of the second conductive portion is connected to an end portion of the first conductive portion in a state of covering the outer circumferential surface thereof; a connection portion that is electrically conductive, is connected to an other end portion of the second conductive portion, and includes a portion that is terminal-shaped and can be connected to a partner member; and an insulating covering portion that surrounds at least the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion.

Electric wire module

An electric cable with protection member that makes it possible to waterproof an electric cable, ensure shock resistance with respect to a portion of the electric cable, and maintain the shape of the electric cable and, furthermore, that is easily adaptable to specification changes and dimensional tolerances and is produced at low cost. An electric cable with protection member includes an electric cable, a tube that is continuous in a circumferential direction, a metal exterior member surrounding the circumference of a portion of the tube, and a plurality of fixing portions. The metal exterior member is a member that is formed in a tubular shape capable of bending deformation and that can maintain a fixed shape against the load of the electric cable and the tube. The fixing portions are portions that can be fixed to a support.

Electric cable with protection member

A electromagnetic shielding member whose tubular shape is maintained with a simpler structure. The electromagnetic shielding member includes a pluralities of first and second protrusions that are respectively formed at first and second edges in a circumferential direction of a metal plate member that has been bent into a tubular shape. The plurality of first protrusions are formed, spaced apart in a longitudinal direction, each of the first protrusions having a first wider portion closer to its tip than the first narrower portion. The plurality of second protrusions are formed, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, each of the second protrusions having a second wider portion closer to its tip than the second narrower portion. The metal plate member is formed into the tubular shape so that the first protrusions and the second protrusions are engaged with each other and are interposed with each other.

Electromagnetic shielding member

A pipe includes a cylindrical tube main body in which electric wires are arranged, and a partition wall extending from an inner wall of the tube main body and partitioning an inner space of the tube main body into a first area and a second area. The partition wall includes: a pair of end convex portions and a concave portion. The end convex portions are edge portions of the partition wall and adjacent to the inner wall of the tube main body. Each of the end convex portions curves so as to protrude in a direction from the first area toward the second area. The concave portion is between the pair of end convex portions and curves so as to be recessed in an opposite direction from the direction in which the end convex portion protrudes. The inner wall of the tube main body includes ribs protruding inward of the tube main body and extending in the axial direction of the tube main body.

Shield conducting path

It is an object of the exemplary embodiments to obtain a long electric-wire protection pipe having a flat outer shape, using a simple press working process, while reducing or even preventing warping problems. An electric-wire protection pipe is a metal pipe that surrounds an electric wire, and has a reinforced section () and a flat pipe section. The reinforced section is a section that is located at a part in the circumferential direction of the electric-wire protection pipe while extending along the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and that is thicker than other sections. The flat pipe section is a section that constitutes at least a part in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and is flattened by press working.
