The present invention provides a vibration generator capable of accurately adapting to fine vibration. The vibration generator has a stationary permanent magnet, a yoke for the permanent magnet, a coil fixed to the yoke, four springs provided to the yoke, and a movable piece supported with the yoke through the four springs. The end portions of the movable piece are arranged between the respective two pairs of the projections with first gaps. The central portion of the movable piece is arranged in the through-hole with the second gaps, the second gaps having a size to allow oscillation, which is regulated by the first gaps, of the central portion of the movable piece.

The device comprises an unengraved medium accommodating part, an engraved medium accommodating part, a medium dispenser, a medium positioning and conveying part, and an image engraving part, wherein the medium dispenser releases the unengraved card-shaped engraving medium to cause the same to be succeeded at the succeeding position, the medium positioning and conveying part returns the engraved card-shaped engraving medium after image engraving from the engraving position to the succeeding position, and the medium dispenser adsorbs the engraved card-shaped engraving medium at the succeeding position, moves the same upward, travels above the engraved medium accommodating part, and releases the engraved card-shaped engraving medium to be accommodated.

In an image card where an image is formed on a thin plate made of special synthetic paper or plastic by engraving by sweeping the plate with the engraving needle through relative movement of an engraving needle and a plate, it is impossible to form a hidden image which can be viewed when a viewpoint is changed or form an image formed by watermark engraving and the hidden image within the same plane. A hidden image is formed on an image card by engraving while angles of stripes of striped patterns are changed in response to shading of an image. Further, an image engraving device is provided with a rotary driving unit, and engraving is performed in a state that an extending direction of striped grooves of the hidden image and a forming direction of the engraving are made equal, so that a wall face of a groove is always formed by the same side face of an engraving needle and undulation does not occur on the wall face of the groove. Similarly, a shape of a bottom face of the groove is made even. As a result, precision of the hidden image is made high and an effect as the hidden image is further improved.
