The coating film peeling nut of the present invention has a notchformed in an inner surface of a nut main bodyon which a female screwis formed, the notchextending in a direction different from that of a lead angle of the female screw. The notchis formed helically, and a winding direction thereof is the same as that of the female screw. A pitch of the notchis 2 to 10 times a pitch of the female screw, and a depth of the notchis 20 to 80% of a thread height of the female screw

Coating film peeling nut

A bolt for peeling a coating film of the present invention includes notch parts for peeling a coating film, the notch parts being formed over a plurality of pitches at top parts of screw threads in a male screw part formed in a shaft part. The bolt is characterized in that the respective notch parts formed over the plurality of pitches are arranged to be greatly inclined at an angle of 40&#xb0; to 50&#xb0; to an axial line of the shaft part. Since the respective notch parts can be rolled sequentially, it is possible to form the notch parts to be deeper and sharper than conventional ones and to enhance the coating film peeling performance. Also, the coating film peeled can be discharged efficiently as compared with conventional cases.

Bolt for peeling coating film

Provided is a case nut in which a nut that is held inside a case body so as to swing freely is not fixed as a result of electrodeposition coating treatment. The case nut is provided with a case body that is welded to a body, and a nut that is held inside the case body so as to float freely. The nut is provided with a metal nut body and a resin insulating member that is formed on the outside of the nut body and prevents contact of the upper surface, lower surface and outer surfaces of the nut body with the inner wall surfaces of the case body and with the body.
