An explosion-proof structure includes a partition wall that partitions a sealed space in a container and wiring that connects the interior and the exterior of the sealed space. The partition wall includes a filling portion through which the wiring passes. The filling portion includes an inner peripheral wall surface that defines an opening having a central axis that passes through the partition wall, a filler that seals a gap between the inner peripheral wall surface and the wiring, a first peripheral groove provided on the inner peripheral wall surface and filled with the filler, and a second peripheral groove provided on the inner peripheral wall surface and filled with the filler. This explosion-proof structure is capable of improving the seal of the filling portion.

Explosion-proof structure

Provided is a power control device, for a vehicle, that is excellent in efficient discharge of energy stored in a smoothing capacitor provided in the power control device. The level of an output voltage of a backup power supply unit for generating, from energy of the smoothing capacitor, drive power required for a discharge operation is switched so as to be equal to or higher than the level of the voltage of an auxiliary battery during the discharge operation. Accordingly, the power control device contributes to shortening of a time period for discharge of the smoothing capacitor, and contributes to reduction in the number of times of charging/discharging of the auxiliary battery since power supplied from the auxiliary battery can be reduced during the discharge operation.

A base station apparatus is provided, by which a downlink transmission power can be properly set and frequent handovers of a mobile station (user equipment) can be prevented to occur. The base station apparatus is installed in a base station communicating with a mobile station in a mobile communication network, and provided with control means of controlling so as to decrease a setting of downlink transmission power when changing a setting of offset for handover from the own cell to a neighboring cell so as to advance a hand-out from the own cell to the neighboring cell.

A base station apparatus of small-cell base station is provided, by which interference from a small-cell in downlink signals of macro cell can be suppressed without lowering a power of downlink signals from the small-cell base station more than necessary, in state that a macro-cell base station is located neighboring the small cell of small-cell base station. The base station apparatus comprises transmission-power control means of controlling a down link transmission power of downlink in a range between a maximum power and a minimum power which are set in advance, and information acquisition means of acquiring information on electrical field intensity of a transmission signal transmitted from the macro-cell base station located at a periphery of the own base station. The transmission-power control means changes the downlink transmission power so as to change the downlink transmission power to the minimum power or stop the transmission of the downlink transmission signal, when the electric field intensity of transmission signal from the macro-cell base station exceeds a preset electric-field upper threshold, or the electric field intensity is equal to or larger than the electric-field upper threshold, in a state that the downlink transmission power is set to the maximum power.

Base station apparatus for controlling downlink transmission power of a small-cell base station

A base station apparatus is provided, by which a downlink transmission power (transmission output) can be properly set and frequent handovers of a mobile station (user equipment) can be prevented to occur. The base station apparatus is installed in a small-cell base station communicating with a mobile station in a mobile communication network, and provided with measurement means of measuring a time interval between a timing of receiving a handover request from a macro-cell base station when a mobile station performs a hand-in from a macro cell to a small cell and a timing of receiving information showing a failure of handover from the macro cell to the small cell, from the macro-cell base station, in sate that the small-cell base station is located in the macro cell or neighboring the macro cell and control means of controlling so as to decrease a setting of downlink transmission power based on the time interval measured by the measurement means.

A base station apparatus is provided, by which a new base station (cell) can be surely added in a neighboring-cell list even when a maximum value is set for the number of base stations (cells) capable being registered in the neighboring-cell list. The base station apparatus is installed in a base station communicating with a mobile station in a mobile communication network. The base station apparatus comprises memory means of memorizing a list of peripheral base stations located at a periphery of the own base station, list-update means of adding a new peripheral base station in the list when finding the peripheral base station, and delete means of deleting at least one peripheral base station registered at an early timing in the list when the number of peripheral base stations registered in the list reaches to a predetermined maximum value that is set in advance.

Base station apparatus for communicating with a mobile base station

A base station apparatus capable of ensuring a sufficiently large coverage of a small cell while reducing a power of downlink signals from a small-cell base station so as to be equal to or smaller than an allowable maximum power is provided. The base station apparatus of the small-cell base station comprises measurement means of measuring an interference level from a macro cell located in a periphery of the own base station and transmission-power control means of controlling a downlink transmission power based on a measurement result of the interference level from the macro cell. The transmission-power control means controls to enhance the transmission power of a downlink specific reference signal (CRS) among the downlink transmission signals of the own base station and to lower the transmission power of signals except for the downlink specific reference signal under a condition that the downlink transmission power is equal to or smaller than an allowable maximum power, when the interference level is higher than a predetermined level.

A multiphase flowmeter includes a first flow quantity measurer configured to transmit and receive a first measurement signal, the first flow quantity measurer being disposed on an outside wall of a vertical pipe line, a second flow quantity measurer configured to transmit and receive a second measurement signal, the second flow quantity measurer being disposed on an outside wall of a horizontal pipe line which is connected to the vertical pipeline, and a flow quantity parameter calculator configured to receive the first measurement signal from the first flow quantity measurer and the second measurement signal from the second flow quantity measurer, the flow quantity parameter calculating a flow quantity parameter in accordance with the first measurement signal and the second measurement signal.
