A connectoris provided with a plurality of ferritesand a housingincluding a plurality of accommodating portionscapable of individually accommodating the plurality of ferritesfrom a first direction. The plurality of accommodating portionsare disposed side by side in a second direction intersecting the first direction. Two intermediate wallsare disposed between the accommodating portionsadjacent in the second direction with a space S defined therebetween in a third direction intersecting the first and second directions.

Connector

It is aimed to suppress water intrusion into an internal accommodation space for accommodating a ferrite and the adhesion of water to a male terminal by providing a sealing member. A connector () includes an inner housing (), an outer housingincluding a rear receptacle () into which the inner housing () is fit, and ferrites () including ferrite-side insertion holes () through which busbars () are inserted. The ferrites () are accommodated into internal accommodation spaces (S) formed inside by the inner housing () and the rear receptacle () in a fit state. A sealing member () is sandwiched between the rear receptacle () and the inner housing () to suppress water intrusion into the internal accommodation spaces (S).

A combination terminal () has a first terminal () overlapping a second terminal () in a plate thickness direction. The first terminal () includes a base () and two inclined walls () intersecting surfaces of the base () from both lateral ends of the base () and forming an insertion/accommodation space (C) having a trapezoidal shape. The second terminal () includes an inserting piece () that overlaps the base () when inserted into the insertion/accommodation space (C). A locking claw (A) on the inserting piece () locks the base () by overlapping the inserting piece () on the base plate (). An external force absorbing tapered portion () projects laterally from the inserting piece () and comes into surface contact with one of the inclined walls () with the locking portion (A) locked to the base ().

Combination terminal

A lever-type connector () includes a housing () and a lever () rotatably mounted on the housing () and includes two arm plates () coupled by an operating portion (). The connector () is connectable to a mating connector by rotating the lever (). Two support shafts () project from outer side surfaces () of the housing (). The arm plates () include shaft holes () and start opening deformation while riding on the support shafts (). The arm plates () return when the support shafts () fit into the shaft holes (). Each arm plate () includes an inclined receiving surface () inclined toward the operating portion (). An inclined surface (A) is provided on a projecting end of the support shaft () and is configured to come into surface contact with the inclined receiving surface () at a ride initial position of the arm plates ().

Lever-type connector

A connector includes a housing () that is connectable to a mating connector by rotating a lever () from an initial position to a connection position on the housing (). The lever () has two arm plates () coupled by an operating portion (). Ridge pieces () are on facing surfaces of the arm plates (). Front and rear rails (A,B) extend perpendicular to a pull-out direction of wires to guide the ridge piece () laterally. An introducing portion () is open on one end of the rear rail (B) to receive the ridge piece () between the rails (A,B) from a position behind the housing (). An escaping portion enables the ridge piece () to rotate from a position between the rails to the position behind the housing () as the lever () is rotated from the connection position to the initial position.

A connector is composed of a male connector including a receptacle and a female connector including a body portion to be fit into the receptacle, the body portion being fit into the receptacle in a horizontal direction. The female connector is provided with a small receptacle disposed outside the receptacle in a connected state to the male connector to cover an upper part of a tip of the receptacle.

A female terminal () has a rectangular tubular box () with an outwardly bulging lance locking portion (). The female terminal () is inserted into a cavity () of a connector housing () and retained by the lance locking portion () being locked by a locking lance () in the cavity (). A first wall () of the rectangular tubular box () has a closely folded structure obtained by folding the metal plate () into a U shape. The lance locking portion () is formed on the metal plate () in an outermost layer of the closely folded structure, and a first deformation restricting portion () to be engaged with a second wall () adjacent to the first wall () is provided on an end part of the metal plate () in the outermost layer on a side opposite to a U-shaped folded portion ().

A connector assembling jig is used for a housing () that includes a main body () with terminal accommodating portions () and locking pieces () for locking terminal fittings () in the terminal accommodating portions () and in which each locking piece () projects from the main body () in an insufficient inserted state of the corresponding terminal fitting (), and can detect insufficient insertion of the terminal fitting () when the terminal fitting () is inserted into the terminal accommodating portion (). The connector assembling jig has a holder () including an accommodating recess () for the housing () and a detection arm () which is set to an insufficient insertion detecting posture when any locking piece () projects, and the accommodating recess () is formed with a positioning groove () for receiving a positioning rib () of the housing ().
