A drive apparatus includes: a motor having a motor shaft rotatable about a motor axis; a power transmission connected to the motor shaft from one side in an axial direction; a housing having a motor housing portion accommodating the motor and a gear accommodation portion accommodating the power transmission; a channel through which a refrigerant circulates; a cooler; and a pump. The channel includes a first passage connecting a refrigerant pool in the housing and a suction port of the pump, a second passage connecting a discharge port of the pump and an inflow port of the cooler, and a third passage extending from an outflow port of the cooler to the inside of the motor housing portion. The cooler is fixed to an outside of the housing to overlap at least partially the gear accommodation portion in the radial direction above the horizontal plane including the motor axis.

An electrical treatment device () includes a remaining power detection unit () that detects a remaining battery power of the electrical treatment device (); a treatment content setting unit () that sets a treatment content; an impedance measurement unit () that measures a bioelectrical impedance of a site on a body of a user by using electrodes that come into contact with the site; a treatment execution unit () that performs treatment of the site by controlling a voltage waveform applied to the electrodes; and a determination unit () that determines whether treatment in accordance with the treatment content can be executed up until a treatment time elapses on the basis of a current remaining battery power and a power consumption calculated from the bioelectrical impedance and the voltage waveform. When treatment in accordance with the treatment content cannot be executed up until the treatment time elapses, the treatment execution unit () modifies a voltage waveform corresponding to the treatment content currently set so that treatment can be executed up until the treatment time elapses, and outputs the modified voltage waveform.

An acquisition unit acquires an atmospheric pressure of a position where the low-frequency treatment device is located (step S), a determination unit determines whether the atmospheric pressure is less than a threshold (step S), and a treatment portion increases an intensity of low frequency treatment if the atmospheric pressure is less than the threshold (step S).

While the control circuit is performing the treatment mode in which the voltage regulator is controlled to apply a voltage at a first voltage value corresponding to the treatment mode to the electrode, the control circuit controls the voltage regulator to switch a value of the voltage applied to the electrode from the first voltage value to a second voltage value and to thereafter switch the voltage value from the second voltage value to the first voltage value.

An electric treatment device includes an impedance detector to measure bioelectrical impedance at a site of a body of a user by using electrodes in contact with the site, a voltage controller to perform treatment of the site by controlling a voltage applied to the electrodes, and a timer to set a target time from when treatment of the site is started by the voltage controller to when the voltage value of the applied voltage reaches the target voltage value, based on the measured bioelectrical impedance. The greater the measured bioelectrical impedance is, the shorter the timer sets the target time. The voltage controller increases the voltage value of the applied voltage to the target voltage value based on the set target time.
