Cell collection apparatus

To prevent a user from accidentally pricking the user with a hollow needle when separating blood components using a syringe and a connection device. A blood component separation apparatus has three syringes and a connection device. The connection device is attached to one syringe and is inserted into other syringes. The connection device has a first member to which a base end of a hollow needle is joined and a second member which is connected to the first member in such a manner as to be able to move relative to the first member. The second member is moved back and forth between a first position where a tip of the hollow needle is accommodated and a second position where the tip of the hollow needle is exposed. The second member has elastic portions which are elastically deformed in the movement from the first position to the second position. The elastically deformed elastic portions elastically energize the second member at the second position to the first position side with respect to the first member.

A cellular electric potential measuring container includes a container body and an electrode substrate, the electrode substrate being attached to a lower end of the container body so as to form a plurality of wells. The container body is made from resin and comprises a plurality of tubular portions whose upper and lower ends are open, each of the tubular portions comprises in an inner cavity a measurement portion tapered toward the lower end and having a measurement hole at the lower end, and further on an inner wall at least two retaining means retaining the measurement portion. The electrode substrate comprises a substrate body, with a plurality of measurement electrodes and a plurality of reference electrodes being disposed on one surface of the substrate body. The container body is attached to the surface of the substrate body on which the measurement electrodes and the reference electrodes are disposed, such that the measurement electrodes are exposed through the measurement holes.

A container for measuring cellular electric potential after being mounted on an electric potential measuring device is provided comprising a container and an electrode substrate, the electrode substrate being attached to a lower end of the container so as to form a plurality of wells, wherein the container comprises a plurality of cylindrical portions whose upper and lower ends are open, the electrode substrate comprises a substrate and a plurality of measurement electrodes and a plurality of reference electrodes disposed on one surface of the substrate, the measurement electrodes and the reference electrodes at least comprise metal-plated copper wiring, a pair of a measurement electrode and a reference electrode are disposed on a bottom of each well, and the measurement electrodes and the reference electrodes are formed by a pre-plating method.
