The present invention relates to the field of genetic engineering and hereditary engineering. The present invention discloses a &#x3b2;-galactosidase (&#x3b2;-galactoside galactohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.23) mutant with high transglycosidase activity, which is obtained by single-site-saturation mutation of amino acid sequences of &#x3b2;-galactosidase fromand, with own signal peptides removed. The transglycosidase activity of the mutant is over 15% higher than that of wild types. Meanwhile, the present invention also discloses a DNA molecule which encodes the mutant, a recombinant expression vector containing the DNA molecule, and a host cell expressing the DNA molecule. In addition, the present invention also provides a method for preparing &#x3b2;-galactosidase mutant with high transglycosidase activity by using the recombinant expression vector and applications of the mutant, the DNA molecule, the recombinant expression vector and the host cell in preparation of &#x3b2;-galactosidase.

This disclosure describes a method for regenerating a semi-regenerated reforming catalyst. The method comprises adjusting the reaction temperature to 250-480&#xb0; C., introducing a sulfur-containing naphtha into the reforming reactor, or stopping introducing a feedstock into the reforming reactor, and introducing a sulfur-containing hydrogen into a recycle gas, until the sulfur content in the catalyst is 0.32-0.8 mass %, then the catalyst is subject to coke-burning, oxychlorination and reduction. Alternatively, the method first subjects the spent catalyst to coke-burning followed by introducing sulfate ions thereinto; and then performing oxychlorination and reduction. Disclosed is still another method for regenerating a platinum-rhenium reforming catalyst, which comprises coke-burning the spent catalyst; introducing sulfur and chlorine in the catalyst by impregnation; and then drying, calcinating and reducing.

Method for regenerating semi-regenerated reforming catalyst

A naphtha reforming catalyst, comprising an alumina support and following components with the content calculated on the basis of the support: VIII group metal 0.1-2.0% by weight, VIIB group metal 0.1-3.0% by weight, sulfate ion 0.45-3.0% by weight, and halogen 0.5-3.0% by weight. The catalyst is used in a naphtha reforming reaction without presulfurization and has a high aromatization activity and a selectivity.

Naphtha reforming catalyst and preparation method thereof

A method for improving the quality of ethylene glycol products, which mainly solves the technical problem of low UV-light transmittance of the ethylene glycol products present in the prior art. The method successfully solves the problem by use of the technical solution wherein the ethylene glycol raw material and hydrogen are passed through a rotating packed bed reactor loaded with solid oxide catalyst at a temperature of about 20 to about 280&#xb0; C., a pressure of about 0.1 to about 4.0 MPa, a space velocity of about 0.2 to about 100.0 hrand a molar ratio of hydrogen to ethylene glycol of from about 0.01 to 40:1, and ethylene glycol is obtained after the reaction. The solid oxide catalyst is at least one of copper-based, nickel-based and palladium-based catalysts, and the rotation rate of the rotating packed bed reactor is about 300 to about 5000 rpm.
