A vehicle power supply system, mounted on a vehicle including an internal combustion engine, includes: a main power supply system including a main low-voltage power supply; and a backup power supply system including a backup low-voltage power supply. A starter motor that starts the internal combustion engine is connected to the main power supply system. At least one of a vehicle control device, configured to control the main power supply system, the backup power supply system, the internal combustion engine and the starter motor, and a backup power supply control device of the backup power supply system is configured to execute an abnormality determination processing of determining whether an abnormality occurs in the main power supply system, and does not execute the abnormality determination processing when the starter motor is in operation, or determines that no abnormality occurs in the main power supply system in the abnormality determination processing.

Vehicle power supply system

An auxiliary power supply apparatus is disposed on a power supply path from a main power supply apparatus to an electric power steering apparatus. The auxiliary power supply apparatus includes an auxiliary power supply that is a rechargeable power storage device, an on-off switch that is configured to selectively disconnect or connect the electric power steering apparatus and the auxiliary power supply from or to the main power supply apparatus, and an operation unit that is configured to operate the on-off switch. The operation unit is configured to switch the on-off switch from an ON state to an OFF state on a condition that a voltage supplied to the auxiliary power supply apparatus from the main power supply apparatus is less than or equal to a specified voltage reduction determination value and a vehicle speed is greater than a specified low vehicle speed determination value.

Auxiliary power supply apparatus and electric power steering system

A vehicle includes: a rotating electrical machine configured to drive the vehicle; a high-voltage power source configured to supply electricity for driving the rotating electrical machine; main and backup low-voltage power sources; a normal load configured to operate on the electricity supplied from the main low-voltage power source; a critical load configured to operate on the electricity supplied from the backup low-voltage power source; and a floor panel. The critical load includes an auxiliary load for controlling, braking, steering, or acquiring external information of the vehicle. A central tunnel extending in a central part of the vehicle in the vehicle width direction along the vehicle length direction is formed in the floor panel. The low-voltage power sources are placed right above the floor panel. One of them is placed to one side of the central tunnel in the vehicle width direction, and the other one the other side.

Vehicle

A vehicle power supply system, being mounted on a vehicle, includes: a main power supply system including a main low-voltage power supply and a normal load; and a backup power supply system including a backup low-voltage power supply and an emergency important load and connected to the main power supply system. A backup power supply control device of the backup power supply system is configured to execute a backup low-voltage power supply state estimation processing, and output a signal indicating that the backup low-voltage power supply is in a state allowing supplying electric power for operating the emergency important load based on an estimation result of the backup low-voltage power supply state estimation processing, in a case in which the state of the vehicle does not satisfy a predetermined condition.

A control device for a transport vehicle configured to travel with a driving force output from an electric motor is provided. When the transport vehicle is driven by a driving force of the electric motor, the control device performs a driving force limit control to reduce the driving force of the electric motor based on a coefficient of static friction of the transport vehicle in a case of satisfying conditions that a parameter relating to a traveling speed of the transport vehicle is less than a first threshold value and a state in which the parameter is less than the first threshold value continues for a predetermined time or more.

Control device for transport vehicle

A control device for a transport vehicle configured to travel with a driving force output from an electric motor is provided. When the transport vehicle is driven by a driving force of the electric motor and a variation rate is equal to or less than a predetermined value while a parameter relating to a traveling speed of the transport vehicle is less than a first predetermined value, the control device sets a threshold value, at which an output limit of the electric motor is started based on a parameter relating to a temperature of the electric motor or a temperature of an electric device for driving the electric motor, to a variable value corresponding to a required driving force to the transport.
