Disclosed are a catalyst for preparing hydrocarbons from carbon dioxide by one-step hydrogenation and a method for preparing same. The catalyst includes nano-metal oxides and hierarchical zeolites, where the mass fraction of the nano-metal oxides in the catalyst is 10%-90%, and the mass fraction of the hierarchical zeolites in the catalyst is 10%-90%. The catalyst has excellent catalytic performance, good reaction stability and high selectivity for desired products, and in the hydrocarbons, C-Creach up to 80%, Creach up to 80%, and aromatics reach up to 65%.

Catalyst for preparing hydrocarbons from carbon dioxide by one-step hydrogenation and method for preparing same

A cobalt carbide-based catalyst for direct production of olefin from synthesis gas, a preparation method therefor and application thereof are disclosed. The method for preparing the catalyst comprises the following steps: 1) mixing a cobalt source with water, or mixing a cobalt source, an electron promoter and water to obtain a first solution; and mixing a precipitant with water to obtain a second solution; 2) adding the first solution and the second solution to water, or water and a structure promoter for precipitation, crystallizing, separating, drying and calcination; and 3) reducing a solid obtained in Step 2) in a reducing atmosphere, and then carbonizing in a carbonizing atmosphere. The prepared catalyst has high activity and high selectivity to olefins for direct production of olefins via syngas conversion.

Cobalt carbide-based catalyst for direct preparation of olefin from synthesis gas, preparation method therefor and application thereof

An IBTL system having a low GHG footprint for converting biomass to liquid fuels in which a biomass feed is converted to liquids by direct liquefaction and the liquids are upgraded to produce premium fuels. Biomass residues from the direct liquefaction, and optionally additional biomass is pyrolyzed using microwave pyrolysis to produce structured biochar, hydrogen for the liquefaction and upgrading, and COfor conversion to algae, including blue green algae (cyanobacteria) in a photobioreactor (PBR). Produced algae and diazotrophic microorganisms are used to produce a biofertilizer that also contains structured biochar. The structured biochar acts as a nucleation agent for the algae in the PBR, as a absorption agent to absorb inorganics from the biomass feed to direct liquefaction or from the liquids produced thereby, and as a water retention agent in the biofertilizer. The ratio of cyanobacteria to diazotrophic microorganisms in the biofertilizer can be selected so as to achieve desired total chemically active carbon and nitrogen contents in the soil for a given crop.

Integrated processes for producing fuels and biofertilizers from biomass and products produced

A catalyst for the preparation of dimethyl carbonate from urea and methanol having a composition on weight base of: active component of from 20 to 50 wt %, and carrier of from 80 to 50 wt %, and prepared by equal-volume spraying and impregnating method is disclosed. The method for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate can be carried out in a catalytic rectification reactor, said method comprising: (1) dissolving urea in methanol to form a methanol solution of urea; and (2) feeding the methanol solution of urea and methanol counter-currently into the reaction zone, wherein the reaction is carried out at conditions including reaction temperature of from 120&#xb0; C. to 250&#xb0; C., reaction pressure of from 0.1 MPa to 5 MPa, kettle bottom temperature of from 70&#xb0; C. to 210&#xb0; C., stripping section temperature of from 70&#xb0; C. to 250&#xb0; C., rectifying section temperature of from 70&#xb0; C. to 280&#xb0; C., and reflux ratio of from 1:1 to 20:1. The preparation of the catalyst according to the present invention is simple and has good repeatability, and the catalyst could further enhance the yield of DMC as well as conversion of urea in the catalytic rectification reactor.
