A touch panel and a fabricating method thereof are provided in the instant disclosure. The touch panel having a non-display area and a display area includes a shielding layer disposed on a side of a substrate and defining the non-display area on the substrate; a sensing electrode layer disposed on the substrate at the same side as the shielding layer, wherein at least one portion of the sensing electrode layer is disposed on a surface of the substrate in the display area; a first protecting layer disposed in the display area and covering the sensing electrode layer; and a second protecting layer disposed in the non-display area and covering the shielding layer. By modifying the structure of the protecting layer, the height difference between the sensing electrode layer and the shielding layer may not cause the color difference due to the non-uniform protecting layer.

Touch panel and fabrication method thereof

A light guiding liquid glue and a touch sensitive display using the same are provided. The light guiding liquid glue includes a liquid glue and a plurality of light guiding particles dispersed in the liquid glue, wherein volume percent of the light guiding particles in the light guiding liquid glue ranges between 10% and 50%. The light guiding particles have a light scattering property, which can transfer a linear light into a flat light, and therefore the light guiding liquid glue of the present disclosure has a light guiding property. The touch sensitive display includes a display panel and a touch panel. The light guiding liquid glue is disposed between the display panel and the touch panel, which can transmit evenly lights emitted from the display panel to outside of the touch sensitive display.

A touch panel with a fingerprint identification function includes a cover plate, a mask layer, a flexible substrate, and a fingerprint sensing array. The mask layer is disposed on the cover plate for defining an operating region and a non-operating region of the touch panel. The flexible substrate is disposed on the mask layer and at least in the non-operating region. The fingerprint sensing array is directly disposed on the flexible substrate in the non-operating region. Through the configuration that the fingerprint sensing array is disposed on the flexible substrate, the distance between the fingerprint sensing array and a user's fingers is reduced, thereby increasing the sensitivity of fingerprint identification.

Touch panel with fingerprint identification function and method for fabricating the same

A touch 3D-signal input equipment and a multi-function touch panel are introduced. The touch 3D-signal input equipment includes a substrate, a plurality of signal sensing units, a plurality of input wires, and a plurality of output wires. The signal sensing units are arranged in array on the substrate to detect a plane position and a pressure magnitude of a touch signal simultaneously. The input wires and the output wires are electrically connected to any one of the signal sensing units and a signal processing unit, respectively. The touch 3D-signal input equipment can detect touch position and magnitude of the touch strength at the same time, achieving three dimensional (3D) signal input recognition.

A touch control device is provided. A protective cover protects the touch control device and includes a top-surface to sustain a touch action performed by the user. A flat touch sensing layer includes many first direction-detection electrodes second direction-detection electrodes. The fast and second direction-detection electrodes are isolated by a transparent insulating material at the position where the first direction-detection electrodes cross the second direction-detection electrodes. The first and second direction-detection electrodes constitute a flat sensing pattern. A pressure-sensing layer is disposed between the protective cover and the flat touch sensing layer and includes at least one pressure-sensing unit constituting a first pattern. The overlap ratio between the projection of the first pattern onto the flat touch sensing layer and the flat sensing pattern is less than or equal to about 5% of the flat sensing pattern.

A multi-force touch module includes first sensing electrodes disposed along X coordinate and second sensing electrodes disposed along Y coordinate. A multi-force touch sensing method for the multi-force touch module includes the following steps: detecting press position information, determining whether press positions are located at a same position on X axis, and detecting resistance values of the press positions on X axis or Y axis according to a result thus determined; and determining magnitudes of pressing forces at the press positions according to magnitudes of the resistance values.

A touch control apparatus with fingerprint identification function includes a substrate body with a visible region, a plurality of first primary electrodes, a plurality of second primary electrodes, and a fingerprint identification region located in the visible region. The first primary electrodes and the second primary electrodes are mounted in the visible region for sensing a touch coordinate when an object touches on the visible region. The first secondary electrodes are crossly arranged and insulated from the second secondary electrodes in the fingerprint, identification region. Further, a part of the first primary electrodes and the second primary electrodes are extended to the fingerprint identification region. When a user performs a fingerprint identification function, all electrodes in the fingerprint identification region are used to detect and identify the user's fingerprint.

The present invention discloses a capacitive touch panel, comprises a substantially transparent substrate and a transparent sensing pattern. The transparent sensing pattern, which detects touch signals, is formed on the substantially transparent substrate. The transparent sensing pattern comprises a plurality of conductor cells and at least one metal conductor disposed on the substantially transparent substrate. The at least one metal conductor connects two adjacent conductor cells. At least one low-reflection layer is formed on the at least one metal conductor. The low-reflection layer can reduce the reflected light therefore reducing the visibility of the metal conductors.

A touch panel and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The touch panel comprises: a cover substrate comprising a visible area and a non-visible area, wherein the non-visible area is located in a peripheral area of the visible area; an electrode layer formed on the visible area and the non-visible area of the cover substrate; a conductive masking layer formed on the non-visible area and disposed on a part of the electrode layer that is located on the non-visible area; and a plurality of connecting wires formed on the conductive masking layer and electrically connected to the electrode layer through uniaxial conduction of the conductive masking layer. A touch panel, comprises a substrate, a sensing layer disposed on the substrate, wherein the sensing layer includes a plurality of electrode patterns disposed on at least one surface of the substrate, and arranged in interval; an optical matching glue disposed on the sensing layer and filled in the intervals, wherein the refractive index of the optical matching glue matches the refractive index of the sensing layer. The present invention further comprises an optical matching glue and the manufacturing method thereof. When using the touch panel of the present invention, the defects of appearance caused by the refractive index difference between the electrode pattern and the intervals can be reduced without any additional process.
