A carrier for an olefin polymerization catalyst contains a magnesium-containing compound and sulfur. The sulfur is at least one of an elemental sulfur, a complex sulfur, and a compound sulfur. The carrier has good particle morphology and a smooth surface, and has a narrow particle size distribution. The catalyst prepared from the carrier has high activity and good sensitivity to hydrogen regulation, and can improve the density of a polymer stack when being used for olefin polymerization.

Disclosed are a catalyst component and a catalyst for olefin polymerization, and an olefin polymerization method. The catalyst component comprises magnesium, titanium, a halogen and an internal electron donor, wherein the internal electron donor comprises a monocarboxylic acid ester compound and a diether compound, and the molar ratio of the monocarboxylic acid ester compound to the diether compound is (0.0035-0.7):1. By using the catalyst, a polymer having both a high isotactic index and a high melt flow index can be prepared.

Disclosed is a catalyst pre-contact method for the continuous polymerization of an olefin, wherein a primary catalyst, a co-catalyst and, optionally, an external electron donor are mixed and then undergo a pre-contact reaction, with the pre-contact reaction temperature being &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. to 35&#xb0; C. and adjustable, and the pre-contact reaction time being 0.5 min to 10 min and adjustable, and the pre-contacted catalyst is brought into a catalyst prepolymerization system and then into a catalyst polymerization system, or is directly brought into the catalyst polymerization system. Further disclosed is a catalyst pre-contact device for the continuous polymerization of an olefin, which can adjust the pre-contact time and pre-contact temperature of the catalyst so that the performance of the catalyst achieves a better level according to the process.

The method may include obtaining a plurality of first feature vectors of a plurality of positive samples and a plurality of second feature vectors of a plurality of negative samples, and generating a plurality of expanded first feature vectors based on the plurality of first feature vectors and second feature vectors and expanded second feature vectors. Each first feature vector may include first feature information that describes a plurality of features of a corresponding positive sample. Each second feature vector may include second feature information that describes a plurality of features of a corresponding negative sample. The method may further include determining one or more core features related to the plurality of positive samples among the plurality of features corresponding to the plurality of first feature vectors based on a trained binary model.

Spherical magnesium halide adduct, a catalyst component and a catalyst for olefin polymerization prepared therefrom

Spherical carriers for an olefin polymerization catalyst, catalyst components, catalysts, and preparation methods therefor are disclosed. The method for preparing the spherical carriers comprises the following steps: (1) reacting, in the presence of at least one polymeric dispersion stabilizer, a magnesium halide with an organic compound containing active hydrogen to form a complex solution; (2) reacting said complex solution with an alkylene oxide-type compound to directly precipitate solid particles; and (3) recovering the solid particles to obtain spherical carriers. When a catalyst prepared by using the present spherical carrier is used in propylene polymerization, said catalyst exhibits high polymerization activity and high stereo-directing ability.

The present invention provides a catalyst component for olefin polymerization and a preparation method thereof, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization and an application thereof. The catalyst component for olefin polymerization comprises reaction products of the following components: (1) a solid component; (2) at least one titanium compound; and (3) at least two internal electron donors, wherein the solid component comprises a magnesium compound represented by formula (1) and an epoxide represented by formula (2), wherein Ris a C-Clinear or branched alkyl; Rand Rare identical or different, and are independently hydrogen or unsubstituted or halogen-substituted C-Clinear or branched alkyl; X is halogen; m is in a range of from 0.1 to 1.9, n is in a range of from 0.1 to 1.9, and m+n=2.

Magnesium halide adducts, catalyst components and catalysts comprising the same, and preparation processes thereof

The present invention relates to a catalyst component and a catalyst for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component utilizes magnesium halide and silica as composite support, and the particle morphology thereof can be improved by regulating the ratio of magnesium halide to silica. Further, the purpose of stabilizing the rate of catalytic polymerization reaction and improving the particle morphology of polymer so as to meet the requirements on catalyst performance of various polymerization processes can be achieved through the combination of the supports of the catalyst. In the meantime, when used in the polymerization of propylene, the catalyst of the present invention exhibits a relatively high polymerization activity and high stereospecificity.

Catalyst component and catalyst for olefin polymerization as well as use thereof

The present invention provides a catalyst component for ethylene polymerization, a process for preparing the same, a catalyst comprising the same, and a process for polymerizing ethylene using the catalyst. The catalyst component comprises a reaction product, supported on an inorganic oxide support, of a magnesium complex, a titanium compound, an alcohol compound, and an organoaluminum compound, wherein said magnesium complex is formed by dissolving a magnesium halide in a solvent system comprising an organic epoxy compound and an organo phosphorus compound. The catalyst according to the invention is especially suitable for slurry phase polymerization of ethylene. The catalyst according to the present invention has high catalytic activity, and a good hydrogen response, with the resultant polymer having a more uniform particle size diameter and a narrow particle size distribution.

Catalyst component for ethylene polymerization, the preparation thereof and catalyst comprising the same

The present invention provides a compound catalyst system useful for synthesizing polyethylenes or copolymers of ethylene having bimodal or broad molecular weight distributions, prepared by incorporating an organic alcohol as an electron-donor compound and an aluminoxane compound into the prior art compound catalyst systems, thereby promoting the activities of the two active centers, which leads to not only a large improvement in the activity of the catalyst system, but also the formation of polyethylenes and copolymers of ethylene having bimodal or broad molecular weight distributions, which in turn gives polymers having excellent processability and mechanical properties. A process for preparing the solid catalyst component used in the compound catalyst system according to the present invention and use of the compound catalyst system are also disclosed.
