A motion platform, a medical bed, and a medical device are provided. The motion platform may include a moveable plate, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, and a fulcrum mechanism. The first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism may be connected to the moveable plate at a first support point and a second support point, respectively. The fulcrum mechanism may be connected to the moveable plate at a third support point. The first support point, the second support point, and the third support point may be non-collinear. The first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism may be configured to cause the moveable plate to move in at least two degrees of freedom relative to the third support point.

Motion platforms, medical beds, and medical devices

The present disclosure relates to a radiation system. The system may include a treatment assembly, an imaging assembly, a first gantry, and a second gantry. The treatment assembly may include a first radiation source configured to deliver a treatment beam and have a treatment region. The first gantry may be configured to support the first radiation source. The imaging assembly may include a second radiation source and a radiation detector. The second radiation source may be configured to deliver an imaging beam and the radiation detector may be configured to detect at least a portion of the imaging beam. The imaging assembly may have an imaging region. The second gantry may be configured to support the second radiation source and the radiation detector, wherein the second radiation source is located within the second gantry. The treatment region and the imaging region at least partially overlap.

Systems and methods for CT imaging in image-guided radiotherapy

A radiation therapy medical apparatus is disclosed. The medical apparatus comprises: a base; a cylindrical gantry, peripherally and rotatably supported by the base; a radiation therapy assembly, comprising an arm and a radiation head, wherein one end of the arm is fixed to a first position on a first side of the gantry and the other end thereof is extended outwardly, and the radiation head is fixed to the other end of the arm; an imaging assembly, mounted to a second side of the gantry opposite to the first side, and configured to be a first balanced weight part for balancing the radiation therapy assembly; and a counterbalance, fixed to the second side of the gantry, and configured to cooperate with the imaging assembly to prevent the gantry from turnover under action of the radiation therapy assembly and configured to dynamically balance with the radiation therapy assembly with respect to a rotation axis of the gantry.

Radiation therapy system

A radiation medical device, including a main support, and a radiation assembly () and an imaging assembly () respectively located at both ends of the main support. After an imaging scan is completed and pathological tissue positioning pictures are taken, a patient is directly moved to the other end of the main support to allow the radiation assembly () to perform radiation therapy to improve the efficiency of the radiation therapy after the completion of pathological tissue positioning, and effectively reduce movement of the patient when the patient is being moved for radiation therapy after the imaging assembly () completes pathological tissue positioning, thus reducing pathological tissue positioning error caused by too much movement.

Medical radiation device

A system and method for image-guided radiotherapy are provided. The system may include a treatment assembly and an imaging assembly. The treatment assembly may include a first radiation source configured to deliver a treatment beam. The treatment assembly may have a treatment region relating to an object. The imaging assembly may include a second radiation source and a radiation detector. The second radiation source may be configured to deliver an imaging beam, and the radiation detector may be configured to detect at least a portion of the imaging beam. The imaging assembly may have an imaging region relating to the object. The first radiation source may be rotatable in a first plane, and the second radiation source may be rotatable in a second plane different from the first plane, such that the treatment region and the imaging region at least partially overlap.

A medical radiation device, including a main frame, and a radiation assembly and an imaging assembly respectively located at an end of the main frame. After an imaging scan is completed and diseased tissue positioning images are taken, a patient is directly moved to the other end of the main frame to allow the radiation assembly to perform a radiation treatment to improve the efficiency of the radiation treatment after the completion of diseased tissue positioning, and effectively reduce movement of the patient when the patient is being moved for radiation treatment after the imaging assembly completes diseased tissue positioning, thus reducing a positioning error of the diseased tissue caused by too much movement.

A medical apparatus is disclosed. The medical apparatus comprises a base, a support assembly and a patient support. The support assembly includes a first support rotatably mounted to the base, a second support movably mounted to the first support to move along a first horizontal direction, a third support, a height adjustment mechanism disposed between the second support and the third support such that the height of the third support with respect to the second support is adjustable, and a fourth support movably mounted to the third support to move along a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction. The patient support is movably mounted to the fourth support to move along the first horizontal direction.

Radiation therapy positioning system

A radiation therapy medical apparatus is disclosed. The medical apparatus includes a base, a cylindrical gantry peripherally and rotatably supported on the base, a first medical device assembly fixed to a first side of the gantry, a cylinder fixed to a second side of the gantry, the gantry disposed between the first medical device and the cylinder, a drag chain carrier comprising a carrier body surrounding the cylinder and defining an annular track, a drag chain, arranged within the annular track, wherein a first end of the drag chain is fixed to the cylinder and a second end is fixed to the cylindrical carrier body, and a cable supported by the drag chain, wherein a first end of the cable is electrically connected to the first medical device assembly.
