The two groups of test electrodes are insulated and spaced apart by the insulation bank portions, so as to effectively avoid a transverse interference electric field to be generated between the two groups of test electrodes, thereby effectively improving the detection accuracy and sensitivity of the medical detection substrate, and providing a reliable basis for disease diagnosis.
