One example method includes receiving, by a first core network function entity, multi-stream transmission information of a service, where the multi-stream transmission information indicates that the service is transmitted via first split data and second split data. The first core network function entity can then receive, based on the multi-stream transmission information, first quality of service QoS configuration information and second QoS configuration information, where the first QoS configuration information corresponds to the first split data, and the second QoS configuration information corresponds to the second split data. The first core network function entity can then output the first QoS configuration information and the second QoS configuration information.

The LDPC matrix is obtained based on a lifting factor Z and a base matrix. The encoding method can be used in various communications systems including the fifth generation (5G) telecommunication systems, and can support various encoding requirements for information bit sequences with different code lengths.

Method and apparatus for low density parity check channel coding in wireless communication system

This application relates to communicating information between communication devices. A channel coding method is disclosed. A communication device obtains an input sequence of K bits. The communication device encodes the input sequence using a low density parity check (LDPC) matrix H, to obtain an encoded sequence. The LDPC matrix H is determined according to a base matrix and a lifting factor Z. The base matrix includes m rows and n columns, m is greater than or equal to 5, and n is greater than or equal to 27. The lifting factor Z satisfies a relationship of 22*Z≥K. According to the encoding method provided in the embodiments, information bit sequences of a plurality of lengths can be encoded for transmission between the communication devices.

Apparatus and method for channel coding in communication system

This application provides a wireless communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes a terminal device receives a data frame from a second device by using a first device, and notifies the first device when the terminal device determines that a communication data block from the first device is not successfully received. After determining a protocol data packet corresponding to the communication data block, the first device notifies the second device that the first protocol data packet is not successfully transmitted. After determining a data unit that is in the data frame and that corresponds to the communication data block, the terminal device notifies the second device through second-step feedback.
