A system includes at least two transmit coils. The system further comprises at least two transmit circuit units, a detection circuit, a communication module and a controller. The detection circuit is electrically connected to each of the transmit circuit units. The detection circuit and the communication module are both configured to acquire the coupling relationship between each of the transmit coils and a receive coil. The controller is electrically connected to the detection circuit, each of the transmit circuit units, and the communication module. The controller is configured to control, based on the acquired coupling relationship, the current output by each of the transmit circuit unit. The controller controls each of the transmit circuit units to supply a suitable current amplitude and a current phase to each of the transmit coils to achieve control of superimposed magnetic fields generated by currents on the transmit coils.

Wireless charging transmitter system and method for controlling same

A wireless charging transmitter includes at least two transmit coils and at least two transmit circuit units; wherein the at least two transmit coils are configured to simultaneously transmit electric energy to an external receive coil, the at least two transmit coils are coupled such that orientations of magnetic fields generated by currents on the at least two transmit coils are not parallel and form a first angle, a coupling coefficient between the at least two transmit coils is less than a predetermined threshold and each of the transmit circuit units is electrically connected to each of the transmit coils and configured to supply a current to the transmit coil. Therefore, the current on each of the transmit coils in the wireless charging transmitter generates a corresponding magnetic field.

The present disclosure relates to a wireless charging transmitter system and its control method. The system includes at least two transmit coils, configured to simultaneously transmit power; at least two transmit circuits, wherein each of the transmit circuits is electrically connected to each of the transmit coils, and is configured to supply a current to the transmit coil; and at least one decoupling circuit, wherein the decoupling circuit is connected to any two coupled transmit coils of the at least two transmit coils. By controlling N switches in a first compensation circuit and/or M switches in a second compensation circuit in the decoupling circuit, compensation capacitors connected in parallel with two terminals of a first inductor and a second inductor are controlled such that the equivalent mutual-inductance of the decoupling circuit may be adjusted to improve decoupling precision and reduce power loss caused by coupling between transmit coils.
