A charging pile is provided, including: a charging unit and at least one air-cooled radiator arranged in a box; the box includes a first box and a second box, a protection level of the first box is higher than a protection level of the second box; the charging unit is arranged in the first box; an independent heat dissipation air duct is provided in the second box so that the charging unit dissipates heat through the heat dissipation air duct; and the charging unit is configured to charge an electrical equipment, thereby avoiding need to design a heat dissipation module for each power conversion module in the charging pile and then perform a secondary design of the heat dissipation air duct on the entire charging pile in the conventional technology, which reduces cost of the charging pile and improves a level of protection of the charging pile.

Charging pile

A case body and charging pile. The case body includes a shell, a partition, electrical components and a heat dissipation assembly. The partition is arranged in the shell so as to divide the shell into a first cavity of sealed cavity and a second cavity, and the shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet in communication with the second cavity; the electrical component is arranged in the first cavity; the heat dissipation assembly is arranged in the second cavity and used for dissipating heat to the electrical component. With the shell being divided into a first cavity and a second cavity, the heat dissipation assembly is separated from the electrical components. Therefore, cleaning water may be directly flushed into the second cavity through the air inlet and/or the air outlet to clean the heat dissipation assembly.

Case body and charging pile

A detection device, and a method for inspecting a relay, and a charging pile are provided. The detection device includes a detection module and an isolation output module. The detection module includes a first signal input terminal for connecting to an output side of a relay and a second signal input terminal for connecting to a neutral wire. A signal output terminal of the detection module is configured to connect to a control end of the isolation output module. The detection module is configured to output a control signal based on an on-off state of the relay. A signal output terminal of the isolation output module is configured to connect to a fault identification device. The isolation output module is configured to output a to detection signal with a duty cycle corresponding to the control signal, to inform the fault identification device to detect whether the relay is stuck.

Device and method for inspecting relay, and charging pile

An unlocking circuit for a charging station when powered off is provided. A microcontroller unit outputs a first level signal and a second level signal when an auxiliary power supply is cut off. A first signal processing circuit receives the first level signal and converts the first level signal into a first control signal for unlocking an electronic lock. A second signal processing circuit receives the second level signal and converts the second level signal into a second control signal including information about action effectiveness of the electronic lock. An action execution circuit receives the first control signal and the second control signal, and responds to the first control signal and the second control signal to unlock the electronic lock.
