A tooth vibration simulation test system to solve the problem of failure to simulate a tooth vibration of the dual-machine parallel drive gear transmission device and being used in tooth vibration simulation testing, includes a first and a second driving units, a transmission shaft assembly, a servo motor controller, a gear transmission device, a loading shaft, a load dynamometer and a load dynamometer control device. The power output of the first driving unit and the second driving unit are both connected to inputs of the gear transmission device, a power output of the gear transmission device is connected to one end of the loading shaft, another end of the loading shaft is connected to a power input shaft of the load dynamometer through the transmission shaft assembly, a signal input terminal of the load dynamometer is connected to a signal output terminal of the load dynamometer controller.

Tooth vibration simulation test system for dual machine drive gear transmission device

The disclosure is an engine simulation test device capable of realizing an ultrahigh compression temperature and pressure, belonging to the field of a diesel engine high-temperature and high-pressure system, solving the problems that the existing engine simulation test cannot achieve ultra-high compression temperature and pressure, and the temperature and pressure are not adjustable. It includes a compressed air inlet mechanism, a nitrogen gas inlet mechanism, a pressure stabilizing mechanism, a cyclic heating mechanism, an air inlet mechanism and a fast compressor mechanism. The compressed air inlet mechanism and the nitrogen gas inlet mechanism are both connected with a gas inlet end of a pressure stabilizing tank in the pressure stabilizing mechanism, the compressed air inlet mechanism and the nitrogen gas inlet mechanism respectively introduce air and nitrogen gas into the pressure stabilizing tank, the pressure stabilizing tank is connected with the cyclic heating mechanism, the cyclic heating mechanism heats gas in the pressure stabilizing tank, a gas outlet end of the pressure stabilizing tank is connected with the fast compressor mechanism, and the air inlet mechanism is connected between the pressure stabilizing tank and the fast compressor mechanism. The device is mainly used for an engine simulation test.

Engine simulation test device capable of realizing ultrahigh compression temperature and pressure

The present disclosure provides an apparatus for testing spray and combustion performance of an internal-combustion engine based on a rapid compression-expansion machine, which belongs to the testing field of internal-combustion engines. It includes a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism, an engine cylinder, an air intake system and an exhaust system. The engine cylinder includes a piston, a cylinder block, a dual-fuel cylinder head and a multi-injector assembly. The piston is disposed in the cylinder block. The driving mechanism is connected with the piston through the transmission mechanism and drives the piston to linearly move back and forth along a vertical direction of the cylinder block. The dual-fuel cylinder head is connected to an upper part of the cylinder block. The multi-fuel injection assembly includes a plurality of injectors. The plurality of injectors are of the same type and are all disposed on the dual-fuel cylinder head.
