The present application relates to a safety prevention and control system and control method of a power battery pack for an electric vehicle. The safety prevention and control system of a power battery pack includes a signal acquisition device, a main controller, and a step-by-step prevention and control execution device. The main controller includes a fault diagnosis device, a cell thermal runaway determination device and a battery pack thermal runaway propagation determination device, which are respectively electrically connected to the step-by-step prevention and control execution device to send different control instructions to the step-by-step prevention and control execution device. The step-by-step prevention and control execution device can execute prevention and control actions of different levels according to the different control instructions sent by the fault diagnosis device, the cell thermal runaway determination device and the battery pack thermal runaway propagation determination device. The safety prevention and control system of a power battery pack for an electric vehicle can provide an active prevention and control measure and a passive prevention and control measure, and according to the actual situation of a specific accident and the prevention and control ability of the prevention and control system, accurately start a prevention and control mechanism, maximize a safety protection effect, and ensure the safety of an electric vehicle occupant.

Query requests for RDF triples are obtained, wherein the query request(s) contain(s) at least one triple pattern; for each triple pattern, the corresponding elementary pattern is determined, and each triple pattern is converted to a weighted elementary pattern. The occurrence frequency of each elementary pattern is computed based on the weighted elementary patterns; at least one elementary pattern is chosen at least according to the occurrence frequency; and the RDF triples corresponding to the chosen at least elementary pattern are prefetched into the buffer. The corresponding apparatus is also provided. With the above method and apparatus, the frequently accessed RDF triples can be determined and prefetched into the buffer, which improves the query efficiency.

Systems and methods are disclosed involving a resistive memory with a small electrode, relating to the field of semiconductor resistive memory in ULSI. An illustrative resistive memory may include an Al electrode layer, a SiOlayer, a Si layer, a resistive material layer and a lower electrode layer in sequence, wherein the Al electrode layer and the resistive material layer are electrically connected through one or more conductive channel and the conductive channel is formed by penetrating Al material into the Si layer via defects in the SiOlayer and dissolving Si material into the Al material. Methods may include forming a lower electrode layer, a resistive layer, a Si layer and a SiOlayer over a substrate; fabricating a Al electrode layer over the SiOlayer; and performing an anneal process to the resultant structure. Consistent with innovations herein, a small electrode may be obtained via a conventional process.

The method comprises mapping at least one data item from a same data set in the planar data to at least one node in a tree structure formed by a structured terminology system. The method also comprises selecting a target tree structure from the at least one sub tree structure and obtaining hierarchical information in the target tree structure. The present invention discloses a method for achieving four-bit storage by using a flash memory having a splitting trench gate. The flash memory with the splitting trench gate is disclosed in a Chinese patent No. 200710105964.2. At one side that each of two trenches is contacted with a channel, a programming for electrons is achieved by using a channel hot electron injection method; and at the other side that each of the two trenches is contacted with a source or a drain, a programming for electrons is achieved by using an FN injection method, so that a function of a four-bit storage of the device is achieved by changing a programming mode. Thus, a performance of the device is improved while a storage density is greatly increased.

An update frequency of node in the dependency graph is calculated, and a query frequency of node in the dependency graph is also calculated. Furthermore, a runtime query cost value and a materialization cost value of the node are calculated based on the query frequency and update frequency. Node to be materialized are determined based on the runtime query cost value and the materialization cost value. A rule predicate corresponding to the node to be materialized is the rule predicate to be materialized. In at least some instances, an exemplary technical effect is that the return time of result of runtime query is saved and the affect by the data update is reduced when a query is performed in relation data reasoning system constructed with rule predicates.

The present invention discloses a multilevel resistive memory having large storage capacity, which belongs to a field of a fabrication technology of a resistive memory.
